They damaged my car and then refused to acknowledge or do anything to make it right. These guys are dirtbags.
good experience getting my wheels aligned
My sons jeep tires were crooked seriously. The insides of the tires were bald. I took it to discount tires and they just put a new pair of tires on, one month later the the inside were bald again. My neighbor recommended Juan and Sure enough it worked out very well. The jeep runs fine and my son can get to work. Everything was explained to me every charge every part I was given a print out of the breakdown of each charge. Cars are expensive we just have to accept that. Parts have gone up in price that’s the way it is now. But the customer service that I received was priceless.
I took my car for AC repair they had to replace the compressor. They actually did a good job on it. Took a couple of days they had to order the part communication was good. Mr. Juan was the one that helped me he was very nice. It was kind of pricey but replacing a compressor is expensive. I was satisfied with the services.
Went in for an alignment, came out wanting to go back to give them more business. From what I seen they buy quality parts and have great tools to install them properly! They do way more the chassis work and alignment. I also met Juan for a bit and over heard him talking to another customer the man really knows his stuff! A+ job!
I have spent about 2k here.. They seemed very honest at first. But I noticed that my problems are never really fixed, they only half fix it.. Mr.juan told me I needed to replace the timing chain on my vehicle.. I had just spent 900+ the week before on repairs and had to bring it back in cause it wasnt driving well. He said the timing chain repair would be 3k ??! Like what.. I may as well buy a new engine.. I went and got a second and third opinion and it turns out the motor wasnt getting enought strength. Changed the spark plugs, coils, cables, and throttle body. A total of about 1k with labor.. Still alot but if I had belived them I would have spent 2k for no reason and still have problems with the car. Also last time I brpught it in they kept it for days i left a 32 inch tv in the back. Im a returning customer so im thinking its okay... Well it was stolen and the guy got mad at me like it was my fault. I should be able to leave things in my car without worrying about yall stealing things. Anyways like i said. You bring in your car but they never really fix the issues. Always get a second and third opinion ... Because 3k for a fix that had nothing to do with the actual problem is ridiculous.
Good work, everytime i go there i leave satisfied. How they handle the costumers and how they fix my car. Very nice and professional
We took my 2011 Toyota Camry in the service was completed, a month later the same problem started again I took it back they fixed the problem the parts that they installed were not good, he actually charged me an additional $24.00 to get better parts in which was not my problem. I want go back the service is not good and they use cheap parts
I want to align my 1970 C10 pick up. Front desk stated their tech did not know and was slow learning. I told, it's a different ttuck and suspensión was different. It's not like every other newer truck. I could not understand the response, my suspensión was just like same suspension components like the new trucks. Come on. New management also marked up the alignment price. Took my business to Nline on Ella they treat customer right and are very knowledgeable.
Went there in April to get an alignment done. Went at 9 in the morning. They told me to come back around 12 and they would have time them to take care of my truck. Went back at 12 and we're still not done. I waited 4 hours there for them to finish the cars that were already there, plus the people that were also waiting with me, and then finally they got to me. Fast forward to now the end of July, I went back because they say everyone gets warranty of 6 months on an alignment. So I went right when they opened and I dropped off my vehicle and called an Uber to drop me off at home. They told me it would be ready at 12. I called a couple minutes before 12 and asked if my truck was ready. They told me it wasn't, that now it would be ready at 2. I called at 3...I gave them an extra hour. And they still didn't have my truck ready. The kid receptionist said that they still hadn't finished with the cars they had over the weekend, and that people were there waiting for their cars, and then they would get to mine. I told this kid that my truck had been there since the morning, and all those other people waiting should be after me. That he was just making me wait longer and I needed my truck to go to school. This kid said that I was being impatient and not waiting, that they had let some guy get off early because it was his bday, and Juan and some other guy were the only ones left working. And they were behind. I understand this, but how was this my problem? I had left my truck since the place opened. After that the guy said that if I wanted a refund he would give me my money back and so I had to call another Uber to drive me here and collect my refund. Never coming back here again! These guys take forever and then call you impatient when you call at the time they tell you it will be "ready".
