They have the items that don't sell or are at low value on the floor while everything else is behind the counter.
Cheap quality and can not refund! I bought Hair shaper with Quality Comes First on the package. The product didn't work! Couldn't sliding any my hair. I brought it back to the shop and asking for my refund but they said I already used it, can not give a refund. I asked them what is the reason I buy your product without using??????? Be careful with their cheap products!!!
Purchased a wig that originally had been on display. I was not permitted to try the wig on while in the store. After returning home and trying it on the lace portion of the wig began to shred and fall apart. Sections of hair started to fall out. Called the store & spoke with Linda. She told me to return to the store. Linda blamed me for the condition of the wig and refused to remedy the situation. I basically purchased a wig that I never had a chance to use. This was my first time purchasing at Judys Beauty Store. And it will be my last.
Judy's really have let themselves go , everyone watches over you but don't even bother to ask if you need help or assistance, everything is over price compared to any other beauty supply store. Low quality on customer services , they'll look at yo0ur for your money not your business . For me growing up and going to Judy's their motive and priority has changed. SPEND AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!
They have good quality of materials but it’s the customer service.
My receipt was marked final sale for no reason so they don't have a real return policy. There's a Latina woman there following people and harassing them about their masks. I lifted my mask to speak without taking it off and more than 6 feet away and she attempted to tell me to put my mask up which I ignored because it was already on. On top of that she followed a woman with breathing issues and harassed her to keep her nose covered at all times when she was socially distanced and catching her breath. She was unwilling to answer questions about the products and was smart as with her answers. I would visit another store. They all have the same stuff and similar prices so we don't have to put up with this behavior as a community. I'm spreading the word about this incident and boycotting this store going forward. There was no reason comment on my mask or stamp my receipt final sale for a standard purchase.

My friend and I went into this beauty supply looking for Shea moister products. We couldn’t find it so we started looking at the wig section located in the back of the store. There is a alarm to let them know a customer back there. So the lady comes to the back while we are looking at the wigs etc and I tell her we are just looking we don’t need any help. She says okay but she still has to stand there. At this point my friend and I are very uncomfortable. So i ask her can she help me find the Shea moister and she points and I ask her can she show because I couldn’t find it . She stands there and does nothing. I will never go back to this beauty supply store because of behavior like this. Yes I understand protect your business from theft etc but don’t stereotype me because of my skin color . Not to mention I been there before and they do something funny every time. Last time I was followed around the store. I tried to stick with them because it’s close to school but behavior like that is not where I want to spend my money.
