Jugglebox

I used Jugglebox for my last two moves and loved it so I decided to use it again last week. Using plastic bins for a move makes things so much easier + it is better for the environment! My last experience with Jugglebox was disappointing. First, the delivery was late. Boxes were delivered at 12.45pm when we were given a 8am-11am window. Not great on a tight moving schedule. The person we called to enquire about the boxes was not very nice or helpful. In addition, the boxes were dirty so we had to wipe them before using them. Finally, I realized that their packages are not greatly calibrated. Other companies for example offer different 1BR packages for one vs. two people. More information to select the right number of boxes would therefore be useful; especially when the phone support is not very nice and there is no way to get extra boxes delivered before a week. Maybe we got unlucky, but I will definitely at least explore other options next time.
