I shop here a lot, but the last few times I’ve been here smoothies have been different. There’s always chunks of food in the smoothie, seems like they aren’t blending it for enough time. Really disappointing:/Food: 1/5
My fiancé and I had a really good experience here. We were looking for a snack to share that was gluten free and he found Juice Press. We ordered a pitaya bowl with frozen blueberries, coconut and goji berries. It was really really good. The person who made our bowl was super friendly and enhanced our experience. I’m really glad he found this place and we stopped by!
I went today and the guys that served me were very kind. I had the magic blue smoothie bowl with protein and the flavor was good. The price higher than expected considering the size of the bowl, for the $10 price I thought that the bowl would be medium or a larger size but this one was definitely a small size bowl. Feedback for the place & read this before coming to this place to keep in mind, hope it helps Cons: • Lack of presentation !!!! You need to make your bowls look good not just throw the toppings. The flavor is good and I know you just eat it but it is very important for a business to keep high standards so when the people search on the maps and see the pictures makes them wanna come here and try the bowls! That’s one of the first things I consider when I’m looking for a place to eat bc you cannot taste it but you can see the food in a picture. • This location smelled funny not good idk if it’s like that in the other ones but you should look into that bc it wasn’t pleasant to go in and smells like dirty wet mop. • Small size for the price, that makes it look like the place is expensive considering is a small size for $10. If you make the size fair according to the price you won’t be getting bad reviews. I don’t mind expending certain amount of money if it feels fair with what I’m getting. Pros: • Quality & healthy ingredients • Good flavor • Kind people • Well design place • They don’t give plastic bags. I like that they give you a bag that you can reuse for groceries or other things.
My experience here about an hour ago was nothing but pleasant. The lady making my smoothie was super kind and it was quick! Also I’m glad it was open for pickup at 6:30pm since the nearby Juice Presses close much earlier. I used a coupon and even so it was quite expensive. Normal cost of the smoothie I got Mango Passion is nearly $14 ! Definitely look at the menu before visiting.
Haven’t been to juice press in a while. Asked if they had hot oatmeal poor guy seemed so confused. His reply was I don’t think so. I thought to myself how would you not know if you have hot oatmeal or not… maybe new and need better training
A local favorite of Casey Nesitat, so we had to check it out! It is stupid expensive, but I love the atmosphere and the smoothies are good!
It is a little hidden behind construction fences, looks small from the outside but is big from inside. On the right side many fridges with delicous treats and things to take home. At the end of it is the kitchen and counter to order and pay. There are tables to seat and eat ornalso to take away in a nice bag. Had an açaí bowl and a smoothie. Both were delicious. I recommend it for to take a away when in downtown or to eat in peac from all the stress. Vegetarian options: It is a Vegan place to eat with smoothies, bowls and all other nice delicous treats
Past few times I've gone in there's only 1 person working to do all the smoothie making and ordering at the front desk. Today there was a line of 5 people waiting for this 1 person to scurry back and forth. I hesitated to post since I thought these could just be a fluke. But the past few months I'm noticing this trend at all the juice presses. Juice Generation is well staffed and has great customer service. I would take note.
Came here and the cashier was on his phone, asked me my order 3 times due to the lack of attention. I left the store without completing the purchase, he was busy texting. Two other people came in and left also !
On of my favorite places to eat in NYC. I am a fan of almost everything here. This is a good place to take your non-vegan friends also. Winter time the soups are amazing. Egyptian red lentil soup is really good. Also the cold Pesto with mushrooms. I am not huge juice person, but it is the thing JP specializes in.
