I have been taking CoreAlign and Equipment Pilates for awhile at Jules Pilates which has a great atmosphere. Good thing Jules is great at creating and modifying workouts to fit different skill levels because I don't have the classic physique for this sort of exercise. She knows an impressive amount about body mechanics. What still surprises me is how great I feel the next day!
