Jessica at Julie's Travel is is simply the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She takes clients' needs to heart and will not rest until she finds the best price and best arrangement possible. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Jessica has literally been my life saver for the past few months. I began planning a honeymoon in February with her. In the beginning she was quick to respond, friendly, and very obviously cared for all of my needs (which were many as I have never been out of the country). She got everything I asked for and then some, gave me tons of options on resorts and dates and flights, and was TOTALLY accommodating. Fast forward a few months and I'm no longer getting married. This absolute ANGEL gets my reservations moved around so I can still go and bring my best friend along so I don't lose any of my deposits! And again this past month my friend and I have had major car issues, so we are no longer able to go on our trip. I don't know how she does it, I was sure I would lose all my money but she got me a full refund for everything I had booked through her. I can say, without a doubt, that I will never book a trip through anyone other than Jessica. I'm telling all my friends, my coworkers, my family. She has saved me so much grief, time, money, and energy through this complicated and stressful process. I can't wait to work with her again!

I cannot say enough. My family *needed* a vacation- badly. We needed to see family, we needed to celebrate that we had pulled through some hard times and we recovered. We needed to meet newborns and young kiddos for the first time. We needed to give our 5 year old a really great experience. It was... just mandatory. Oh, and we had all kinds of special circumstances, including a vacationer with disabilities. The itinerary that I wanted was complicated, and I had to get help. I didn't want to miss little details that would cause problems. I didn't want to spend hours on the phone or online sorting out every option or all the different choices. I wanted to go to two major parks. I wanted to stay in three different cities for several nights each. I wanted to rent a car and organize a flight. I wanted to spend big in some areas, and save serious bucks in other areas. Packing, organizing professional photos out of state, making reservations for restaurants I haven't seen in a dozen years, and getting someone to tend to the pets would be be overwhelming enough. Jessica was my savior! Our kiddo had the experience of a lifetime. The hotels, car rental, flight, parks, and special events were all well organized. So I was able to organize professional family photos with loved ones that we don't get to see enough. We were greeted warmly by all the various travel staff. No unexpected issues or surprises. Our kiddo was treated like a princess, and all of the expenses that we encountered were expected and planned for. We have made memories in just a matter of days that we will talk about for decades. I cannot say enough. I've climbed pyramids in the past, and I've been to places that were much more exotic, but this was the first time that I ever played "tourist" in an area that was a very familiar former home of mine. As it turned out, this was still a considerable adventure, and one of the best vacations of my life.

Jessica is awesome! She planned my trip to Vancouver and Victoria BC and created a fun AND relaxing vacation. I did and saw things that I would've never planned on my own. I just don't have the time or resources to plan a vacation and she did all of it for me. I'll be using her services for many years of travel, I can't wait! Thanks Jessica!

I worked with Hollis to check prices on my travel plans. She was super friendly, thorough, made sure she understood what I was after, and then did some good work to get me great information. I didn't end up using the service this time, but Hollis was no less friendly or helpful after I shared my decision with her. I believe in Shop Local whenever possible, so will be calling Julie's first for future travel needs. Obviously a good crew there.
