Jumbo Jumbo Cafe Bubble Express

The Taiwanese popcorn fried chicken with basil and spicy powder here is hot, crunchy, and juicy. So much better than any of the other popcorn chicken out there. It doesn't quite have any amazing crunchy skin but it's amazing none the less. Side note: The bubble tea here is pretty normal

Their signature dish Popcorn chicken is very good. It's very different then most other types of dishes at typical Asian restaurants. The boba tea options are also plentiful and good quality and quantity. Service can use some improvement and there is very little space to sit down.

Got the taro bubble tea and it was too powdery. You could taste the powder in your mouth even after stirring the drink as best as possible. Also, the drink lack sweetness. Also bought the Almond milk tea and it was good.

Awesome spot for fast, fresh Taiwan style Chinese food. They have a low cal option with sauce served on the side. It's one of those places where if you don't see it, ask. Personal favorite is the addictive Taiwan popcorn chicken.

great food AND boba tea! I just didn't really like the service I got from a specific person, let's just say they were very rude and not very welcoming and didn't really seem like they wanted to take my order. I ordered from them twice in person and did not like the experiences so I just order on delivery now or from the other Jumbo Jumbo Cafe on rockville pike.

I drove 15 minutes to get some bubble tea from here and I got there at 9:56 and there were a couple people outside smoking cigarettes and as I walk in they say they are closed. I said I just want a bubble tea, it says you close at 10pm and there’s 4 minutes left. Then the guy said we have no bubble. Straight up lied because his lazy ass didn’t want to make 1 more bubble tea right before they closed... terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service. My husband and I went for bubble tea before they closed and we got there at 9:56pm and they said they didn’t want to serve us because they were already closed. I understand if we were ordering food but we said we just wanted bubble tea and then the guy said we’re out of bubbles. Wasn’t really buying that one..‍

This place is great! I hail from California and out in the dc area good Taiwanese is hard to come by. But I am certain this place has some of the best and most authentic Taiwanese food on this side of the United states

This place is effing ridiculous. I placed an order before a whole bunch of high school kids. They all got their foods/drinks, ate, & left. I had to wait for over 50 min to get my order plus coming back for a late meeting. The worse thing is the food isn't good either. I'm never going back here.

We!ve been ordering out from Bubble sine it opened. It's the best in the downtown Rockville area. Food is great, service timely and good portions. Friendly staff
