It is ok if you want a piece fixed put i ordered a semi custom pendant and it came out wrong the pendant had gouges in it and not properly done JR blamed his jeweler but it wasn't his fault kind high compared to ABC jewelery that is a great place in BPT
My ex would drive up from new haven to get his grills updated the best even did one for him in 4 hours he would leave them on the counter every time he ate wraped in a napkin...got like 5 grills from JR.
