My move was delayed by a hour however, the driver called well ahead of the allotted time to informed me of the issue. Two movers arrived to remove a bed frame, electronics and tv stand. This was my first time using Junk King. Our relationship started off a little rocky. During my initial call I was informed that, when the team comes out to assess the job, if I agree to the estimate, then the job could be done right then. When team actually arrived, they explained that they generally can't guarantee same day jobs, which was different from the expectation the call center set. When I explained to Andre and his team that my expectation was for the job to be done that day, he immediately made a call to the Operations Manager, Anthony. Together, they began to coordinate efforts and rallied to ensure the job was done that day! It took a while for the entire job to be wrapped. But, the team was committed to seeing it through. So much so, that the Operations Manager Anthony and his boss, drove out to my location and completed the job themselves! I was so impressed with their commitment to honoring the expectation that had been set with me. When other businesses may have said they couldn't do it, the team at Junk King did what was necessary to get it done! Throughout the day, they were professional, efficient, considerate, understanding, and focused on getting the job done. I will definitely use them again in the future!
