They were very respectful and efficient. They gave me a clear quote at the beginning, and even charged me less at the end since they were able to do it all in one trip. They asked questions when it was relevant, but took care of business without me having to tell them what to do all the time. I would recommend them to anyone. I am very happy with the results!
I’m really happy with the piano removal we had today. They were very easy to deal with as a company, and the team sent was very nice and communicated well with me. I was glad they were even able to come a bit early after checking with me that it was okay. It was a very large home piano to take apart, and there were steps inside the house, but despite a tough job, they did great work! Thank you very much again to the team!
I had a fantastic experience with Junk Ninjas from start to finish. I got a quick quote which was half the amount I got quoted from another company. The whole process to fill up the truck was less than an hour and the guys were amazing. I would 100% recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Junk Ninja to remove our 12 x 12 old and rotting deck. They arrived on time, were very professional, and did a great job cleaning up all the detritus from under the deck. The price was very reasonable, and the job was on time and on budget. The three people who came and took our piano were all courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a lot of work to dismantle it first and then take it down the stairs, but they never complained and did the job so well!! Thank you!!
