Just Air replaced our A/C unit several years back and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Technicians are great! I had been pleased with their service until today. The service call I planned on paying for to see whether our wiring could be updated to be able to use a Google Nest was charged as expected. We declined the rewiring as it would was out of our budget, but they charged another $50 in addition to the original service call price to "put stuff back together"- literally what it said on the invoice. That's exactly what the service call fee is for which I had planned for and agreed upon, and no further action had been approved. I don't appreciate the nickel and diming.Service: Thermostat installation
