My former inflatable vendor recently changed their policy to where all orders need to be a $500 minimum, so I was panicking at the last minute to find a new inflatable vendor that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. After a quick Google search I found Just Bounce AZ and we couldn't have been happier with their service! Excellent customer service, they showed up 3 hours early so the kids were stoked to have the extra time to bounce. The bouncer was super clean, everyone at Just Bounce that we interacted with was very professional and friendly. I look forward to working with them again next year!
Was great when David was the owner. We called tonight to reserve a bounce house for Halloween not knowing that the company has new owners and the person who called us back was rude and wanted to charge us a $90 delivery and pick up fee from Mesa. We live in Glendale and this company use to be local to us. Sad to have to find someone new but I hope the new owners step up to the old owners friendliness and customer service.
No call, no show.. Scheduled them a month in advance for my son's birthday party. Tried calling, texting, emailing, and sending messages on messenger. No response. Paid my deposit when I ordered and can't get a hold of them to get that back. I will dispute it with the bank. Please do not use these guys. The new owners are horrible. Don't make the same mistake I did. Read the 1 star reviews and do not give these people business.
My family ordered a bounce house with a water slide for my niece's 5th birthday. They took the money, confirmed delivery and then never showed up and never called again. She had no bounce house or water slide for her birthday, but we had fun anyway. Asked for a refund and never could get any response. Wondering if this is a scam?
