Piggybacking on some other reviews in agreement that the staff here have a vendetta against Too Good To Go. I have never eaten at Just Salad, but decided to give it a try when i saw it in the Too Good To Go app. I ordered a surprise bag through the app to this location. Found myself with half a small bowl of the stalest rice I’ve ever eaten. I’m appalled that they serve this quality food in general in their full price bowls. The bowl was not worth the $18 value it claims it will be. It included maybe a half cup of dry rice, half a brown avocado, maybe 5 pieces of tofu & half a scoop of tomatoes, and NO dressing??? Seriously was not even edible. Safe to say I have no interest in eating here again, & i truly hope the staff can get a better attitude about environmentally friendly eating practices soon…. Sad.
I love coming here! Everyone is so nice and always gets it right! Fee Fee and Felipe are my favorite! They are always super attentive, even when the store is busy during lunch hour, which is usually when I come. They always have a smile on their face and serve you with pleasure. Fee Fee especially needs a raise! She’s amazing and always working happily!
First time here and it is DeLicIous!!! I work nearby and wanted a healthy lunch. I got just that. A huge beautiful salad that’s not overpriced and so fresh. My favorite is The Farmers Basket shown here.Food: 5/5
The service at this location is far beyond any Just Salad nearby. The location is extremely clean and the line always moves quick. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. It is evident that Napesah is a fantastic supervisor committed to excellence in both customer service and quality control. She greets me by name every time I walk in. I have come to this location for take-out lunch every day for the past 11 months while on my weight loss journey and have lost 70 pounds eating the Crispy Chicken Poblano literally every day. Thank you Just Salad, for your tasty food and excellent service. You have helped me change my life!
I don’t typically write reviews but today I really want to provide my review on this store. First, their BringBowls are not clean and I don’t recommend it unless you buy your own. It seems that they don’t clean them. I ended up throwing the salad away. Second, I had an order with the wrong dressing. They put some Ginger dressing which i hate. I ended up throwing my salad away because I am too busy to go back and instruct them how to put the correct dressing. Wasted my money and time and was hungry. And today i ordered a salad with crispy chicken but there was no chicken. I contacted their customer support which refunded me $5 only for the missing chicken in the third complain ignoring the first two. I love just salad and it is hard for me now to accept that I will never go back.
Service was excellent ! Much attention paid to how I wanted my 2 wraps made Buffalo Chicken_Spicy Chicken Wrap to go as I wS on a tight schedule, an employee Nate I think his name is is very attentive and cordial. Five Star service ! !Food: 5/5
Usually opposed to large chains, however genuinely enjoy their salad options. Their staple selection offers a good assortment and their seasonal bowls are typically very good - have loved their warm chicken bowl with goat cheese sweet potatoes and balsamic mushrooms since launched. Today has a Buffalo chicken salad, a second great option, portions are typically good, obviously can vary from server to server, however usually worth the price!
I never write reviews but I feel compelled to do so after an absolute AWFUL experience with a Just Salad customer service rep: Margherita. I’ve ordered from just salad almost every day for quite some time now. I usually order multiple salads at a time, pls see the attached spending report from my bank. Almost 1k a month in salads, $15/salad, the same type of salad everyday, EVERY month. I understand that it’s highly unlikely to have the same person making my salads every day, as most business chains have multiple different employees running the show. I had some occasional issues with regards to the portion size received. If my salad was noticeably half empty, I would call and ask to receive what I paid for, whether that be in the form of a credit or replacement salad. Customer service rep Margherita insisted that I was lying with regards to the portion size received, as though she was the one with the salads in front of her. I sent her pictures attached below via email, and she denied that there was anything wrong, and continued tell me my salads were indeed FULL and that the portion size was normal. I called customer service on a different occasion and was lucky enough to get Margherita again. This time she felt it was appropriate to laugh at me over the phone, before putting me on hold only to call me a liar again. I told her to come pick up all my salads, and to provide me with a full refund. She refused. What a cancer to the franchise. Extremely unprofessional. Sad to say I will not return.
Staff is wonderful, food is so delicious! Got the crispy poblano chicken wrap and it was incredible. Super fresh, high quality ingredients.Food: 5/5
When picking up my order the staff complained to me “order sooner next time, we already had everything cleaned up” Sorry for ordering pickup I guess?? I don’t know what time yall close, doordash didnt say.
