A go-to for me when I’m looking for something quick and healthy. They only offer two options for wraps but you can build your own and get creative. I basically got the Thai Chicken Crunch salad but in a wrap. The spicy Thai peanut sauce is delicious. I’ve also had the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was great too. I think I’m going to try one of the warm bowls next time I order.
This place is so awesome, employees are super sweet and kind. let me tell you when I got there even thought there were closed, Paola such an Angel! she when out of her way an fixed me a salad there no words to even describe how fantastic this staff is.. to make the costumers an myself so happy THANK YOU ! !!! Also too Paola Congratulations I see you’re also due hope your birth goes well god bless.. you’re the best!!!!
Routinely don’t listen. Seem like nice people but sleep walk through the job. If you get things right right it doesn’t matter. Routinely wrong and it does. This was very light dressing. Also realizing it’s not the salad I ordered. At this point inedible going in the garbage. Pretty gross all around. I should say when they get it right it’s good. We’ve all got little time for lunch if you’re working. So $15 salad is in the trash and I have to leave work to grab something else….
Wonderful service! I’ve never had Just Salad before, so a worker gave me their recommendation: the Thai Chicken Crunch. I also got the Almond Berry Blast smoothie. Such a filling, yummy, and nutritious lunch. Will definitely come here more often!!
Very fast service. Line was almost out the door when I got there, and I was eating my salad 5 minutes later. Friendly staff, clean tables. The poblano chicken salad is delicious, I eat it all the time. I like subbing out the breaded chicken for the other types to mix things up a bit. Feedback for management: it’s dark inside, turning the lights a little brighter would make it feel less gloomy.
The food is great on the extremely rare occasions that it’s prepared properly. Unfortunately, if you are getting delivery, the chances of getting them getting your order right are about as slim as my chances of scoring a modeling contract. Which is weird, because the ingredients I want in my salad are explicitly written on my order. How do you constantly mess up an order that tells you, ingredient by ingredient, what goes in it?
Got a Tokyo salad ? from the new Midtown store and when I opened it up, there was edamame or furikake. Very disappointed as this was a $13+ salad. I could have gotten a $10 unlimited toppings salad from across the street. Upset that they are skimping on toppings for what seems like a pretty small salad on NYC terms.
I Love their Ceasar dressing. I am never disappointed by Just Salad. Always gives great portions of extras in the salad. When I get the Chicken Ceasar, I add cranberries, apples, Broccoli and carrots slaw
Sasha the general manager is rude and insensitive. She actively goes out of her way to give attitude to customers and changes rules on toppings and what is included in salads. She overcharges for salads and doesn’t even make them well. Lazy and does the bare minimum. Everyone else is sweet and listens to customers and their needs preferences. Sasha leaves a bitter taste in my mouth just like the salads she makes. I have been going to this specific location for 4 years and have never experienced the unprofessionalism and flat out dissrespect from anyone besides her.
Love their salads, and the people who work here have great customer service skills. I stated my salad journey here, and I'm addicted. I get a Caeser no meat, extra croutons, and usually with caeser dressing but it is also yummy with their balsamic vinaigrette.
