Just Salad

I come here frequently, and this is by far my little salad family. Chris and his team are always so respectful and on point with the service. Deemas makes the best smoothies ever!! I love the promotion they have going on right now. Wish they had more menu options but I definitely recommend coming here. The service here will not disappoint!

I work very close to Macy's so i eat there almost everyday, i love ur salads! and the staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Francesca she's the best and so kind. Really recommended!

First time here & it wont be my last. Had the Crispy chicken poblano that Cris recommended & i enjoyed the salad the taste was great. He was very helpful on my first time visiting definitely coming back.

1st of all this branch is inside Macy's. I ordered 2 salads and 2 smoothies, while waiting for the smoothies to be ready, one worker tells to the other that it came out less than 2 cups.... but still it was ok for her to give us the drinks as you can see in the pictures not full cup at all for $6.50 each.... Sorry but when you save on your customer, you lose him.

I was in Macy's in Herald Square, just browsing around when I realized I had to get somethimg to eat. I decided to try Just Salads and I must say they are not bad. The food was delicious! I had a Warm Bowl, which is basically a hot dish. You get to make your own bowl, just how you like it. I had brown rice, organic tofu, grilled mushrooms, blue cheese and a miso ginger dressing. You get to choose 3 things to make up your bowl. They also have chicken and tuna, for those who prefer those. They also can make you only a salad, customized to your liking. The prices range from $9 and up. The customer service was poor with the first worker who had an attitude when I tried to find out what the Warm Bowl consisted of. She then decided to have a male serve me instead. Great choice because he had superb customer service skills! The sassy one did me a BIG favor okay! The cashier who rang up my food had sass as well. She must have been taking lessons from the other one. It is funny how many BROWN folks know how to treat whites with respect, but when serving their own kind they have a nasty attitude. They need to stop the nonsense and learn to respect their own kind. I can't stand when I see such ignorance in people of color. They need help. Anyway, I am happy with the food that I purchased and will look for a different location to visit next time.

First of all – be careful with the soup or you'll burn your tongue/throat. I ordered pumpkin bisque and I had to wait a long time for it to cool down enough where you don't have to call firefighters.. But it tasted good after that. The prices of the snacks at the register are RIDICULOUS. There's no dessert options here besides that. The bowl was good. So many options it was hard to only pick 4 toppings. I had trouble finding this place inside of Macy's. There's a food court in the basement, but Just Salad is on the 4th floor. The music near the tables is weird and repetitive so it's annoying. I was upset when I went to throw out my garbage. You'd think a company like this, with all their claims of sustainability, organic, local, natural, and having paper bowls, would recycle properly. But the only things they recycle are cans and bottles. I had to throw all the paper and plastic things in the regular trash because I had no choice. Very disappointing. Not something you expect from a place that charges that much for the food too.

This was my first time going here on my lunch break. I had the tai salíd w/ chipotle sauce and tai sauce, and OMGG. It was a bomb in my mouth, a nice combination of flavor and pleasure.

When you need something special and healthy, it is great, quick and always fresh. So much better than the fast food garbage.

For starters the team is amazing I feel so welcome when I come here the food is amazing from the wraps to the salad I can honestly say I cry when they are close please visit this location and see for yourself how amazing they are
