I hired JW flooring through Home depo and they were awesome! They arrived each day on time! Super professional, cleaned up after work and they were super detailed! Norberto was one of the installers and was the absolute best!! The quality of his work was outstanding! He is hard working and fully dedicated l! Great job guys !!!

Angel and his crew were wonderful. They showed up on time. Asked me to verify the carpet before starting any work. They worked very efficiently and finished faster than I thought. The work and installation was great. Can’t say enough good things!

We got to work with JW Flooring as the company that installed our carpet we purchased through Home Depot in Chula Vista. I couldn’t believe how fast everything was! They were even able to install the carpeting two weeks before the original installation date! We moved most of our furniture ourselves and our installers only needed to rip up the old carpet and lay the new carpeting. But they went above and beyond by helping with moving two large furniture pieces - thank you! Two installers took a few hours to complete the job and hauled away all the trash. The new carpet looks incredible and it feels amazing! So plush and soft. We love it. Thank you!

Mark did a awesome job for us. Highly recommend Mark with JW Floor Covering in Santa Maria. Always on time, very friendly and always professional, did a beautiful job on the living, 2 hallways and our master bedroom. Just such a nice job, hard working and did a great clean up too. We just had new laminate flooring installed in our condo. Dates of the installation was scheduled for 03-06 June 2024. The installer “Alejandro Ramirez” arrived promptly the morning of 03 June and started the installation. Alejandro worked 8AM-5:30PM on 03 & 04 June. At the end of each day he cleaned up the work area and ensured we knew the plan for the next day. Alejandro was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, DETAIL ORIENTED, & COURTEOUS! Alejandro’s installation was 100% OUTSTANDING. Being so efficient and hard working, Alejandro finished around 11:45AM on 05 June, a full 1.5 days early. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND JW Floor Covering for laminate installation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ask for Alejandro Ramirez if available. HE IS VERY, VERY GOOD! THANK YOU ALEJANDRO

We recently replaced all the flooring in our condo, and I could not have been happier with the service we received from JW. Before scheduling, they were communicative, easy to work with, and responsive. The installers who did the vinyl plank were amazing. Fast, and great quality work. The installer who did our carpet was the same. If you have the choice, choose them!

These guys were the best even though Home Depot screwed up the order. it took 4 months from start to finish to get all new carpet and vinyl flooring. The crews from JW were cool and went above and beyond to get the job done. They moved my pool table which I was told they wouldnt do. They also moved it back and forth while we placed a rug under it. They were very professional and I fed them every day, we all had a good time. Thanks guys!!

Jose and Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our tile! They were on time, communicated their installation plans, and the tiles not only came out leveled, but they laid it in a pattern that complimented the floor! We now have beautiful flooring. You can tell these 2 men are very seasoned at what they do. I will refer them to neighbors, friends, family and co-workers. Jesus and Art did a excellent job with the carpet. They lined it up to the newly installed tile perfectly. The carpet and tile now compliments each other. Jesus and Art were very friendly, communicated the process and cleaned up when finished with the work. With the outcome of the job, they too are very seasoned at what they do. I will also refer them to neighbors, friends, family and co-workers. JW Flooring call center - very friendly and professional communication. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Excellent customer service.

I had JW Floor install new hardwood floor in my entire home. While the experience with Home Depot was awful, the JW Floor Team of Omer, Miguel and Ignacio exceeded my expectations. Their work quality was top notch and their attention to detail was impressive. They worked fast and did an outstanding job cleaning up each day. Many thanks to Omer, Miguel and Ignacio for a job well done! I highly recommend JW Floor for wood floor installation.

The installer was on time. I was expecting 2 or more persons to arrive but it was only one person. He verified the carpet and padding before he proceeded. He was courteous and friendly. I asked for an estimate of how long it would take and he gave me a very accurate time. The installer did an excellent job and as of now I have not found any flaws. Great job!
