I've been going here for years for lash lifts and they are always perfection. After moving from New York, I still get my lashes done here every time I visit. Great service, great people

I got 100 lashes and they looked great. One eye looked like it had a little less but to be honest 80 lashes would've been better. The first problem was that my left eye kept burning even days after. Second problem was that by day 4, 50% of the lashes were gone and by day 7, 90% were gone. For the price, tip and taxes it should've lasted. Your better off getting falsies. Customer service was great. A little weird that the staff was hovering over me when I was paying as if I was gonna bolt or something. I wont be returning, but thanks.

Despite these reviews, I figured a $30 Groupon was worth a shot. I’m glad I took the chance. I did the 70 pieces/eye natural lash set. I immediately loved the results. I have received compliments from pretty much all the women I know about how natural and pretty my lashes look. The lashes don’t feel heavy or fake. I’ve had natural lash shed that you would normally see and now that it’s been 2 weeks they still look great. I didn’t have any issues with the staff or with the my eyes burning. It did take a little longer than I thought it would but it was well worth it. I will be going back and I would recommend this place, especially if the Groupon is still running. They do expect you to tip based off of the full price though.

I’m very pleased and happy with the service. I’ve never had a bad experience. The employees take time with each client to provide a great experience. I am a happy customer for the past 2 years. My lashes always come out great. Don’t waste your time or money anyplace else. I feel like a new woman when I leave.

I wish the option of giving them a negative star was an option as they do not deserve the 1 star. Horrible service from ignorant staff. I would advise against going here at all cost. My lashes began falling off the same day. Not to mention I had gaps/spaces between my lashes making it look horrible. When pointed out my tech made it seem like she did not speak English and began saying something about me in her native language to the lady at the front. She then came over and began inspecting my lashes as if I did something incorrectly. I have been getting my lashes done since the mid 2000's every 3 week religiously. If something isn't correct trust me I would know. I came here finding them on Groupon thinking I was getting a deal but the joke is on me.

I was a bit iffy about this spot since it only had 3.5 stars. But the latest reviews seemed pretty good, so I gave it a shot - especially since I got a great deal with Groupon. I came in with a 5:30 appointment on a Wednesday. This isn't my first rodeo with lash extensions but for some reason, I can never get the perfect length. I've finally figured it out at K-Beauty with my lab technician, Tina. She was super helpful in helping me decide. I told her that I went to a different place last time, got the 11s and it seemed like it was just my regular lashes but fuller. I told her I wanted a more noticeable look, but nothing too crazy and she advised on the 13s. I went with the sexy shape, B curl. Tina explained that if I was going for the sexy shape, I would need the 13s because they need to be longer on the end, and my natural lashes are already a 10. This was the perfect length for me and I was very happy with the way they turned out. The procedure itself was good. They have individual rooms, so it's more private than other lash places. I did feel a bit tugging at times but I think it was because I still had a few stragglers from my old extensions. Overall, it was relaxing and I dozed off a few times. My only complaint would be the pillows. It's a bit uncomfortable because they're just travel neck pillows. Tip - they have a loyalty card and it has your lash preferences on it in case you forget. You get 20% off your 5th visit, and your 10th visit is free. It has been almost three weeks since my visit and most of the lashes are still intact. For most of the lashes that did fall out, it didn't take my natural lashes with it, which was a problem I had with most of the other spots I've been to. Highly recommend K-Beauty!

Horrible place. First of all it’s not Korean & their name kbeautystudio is confusing when everybody including the owner is Chinese. I went to get my lashes done today and learned truly... you get what you pay for. My eyes didn’t look different at all than before. And I’ve got so many lash extensions before. I asked specific length but the lady used different ones and the outcome of course came out very disappointing. When I confronted the owner didn’t offer anything but took my credit card and that’s when I realized I should just get out of the place. This place is cheap. But I will never ever go back.

The owner is Chinese as is some of her employees if that matters. One tech Lee Korean does a decent job the rest were subpar and have poor Z esthetics. One glued longer lashes at the ends which gave me a hanging caterpillar look for one. The owner is shady turns out she used different sizes and curls when she ran out of my requested size without telling me and blamed me when the lashes she glued fell off immediately! Not going back

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND LASHES ARE FALLING OUT MINUTES AFTER LEAVING THE SALON! DO NOT GO THERE! I went in as a first time customer for 100 mink set ..the lady at the front desk made me wait 15 min even though I was on time for my appointment. than had two people do my eyelashes ..during the process they kepted taken turns and my lashes ended up coming out all wrong! I got a 100 piece set per eye but it was more of a 60 piece set! Don’t go here please!!! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and been doing my eyelashes for 3 years at different locations . SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else. Furthermore If you have a groupon voucher they will still charge you a fee of $5.00 so be aware!

i got a groupon for here a couple months back and was very skeptical coming here due to all the bad reviews. but i didn't want to waste my money so i went anyways and was very pleasantly surprised. the staff was very kind and professional. Ask for Sunny if you can! I opted for the Natural 80 lash set and it took about 1.5 hours. Sunny was so gentle, I fell asleep for a bit! The lashes came out great. Just a PSA: they do charge tax on top of the groupon value and expect you to tip based on full price - all CASH ONLY. I didn't have a problem with paying Sunny a good tip because she did such a good job, but it is a bit pricey for a tip I must say. Most likely won't be tipping that much again for a touch up. Either way, highly recommend. Also, I read somewhere that this place was run by Chinese people. I don't know whether or not that has to do with anything, but this is not true. All staff except one of the receptionists are all Korean from what I witnessed. *EDIT: Just completed my 2-week touch up and they told me if you go back to them within 3 days after your appointment with something wrong, they'll fix it for free! as long as it's reasonable. Also, if you show them a good published review, they'll give you 20% off.
