I highly recommend this place, just a walking distance from Port Authority. The food was delicious, I had a shrimp wonton noodle soup and fried coconut shrimp. They also have beer, tap and bottles, can't go wrong with that.
This place is definitely underrated! The chicken was crispy and the Korean beer was tasty. The Hite beer was similar in design to Miller Lite, and the Cass beer was very smooth. The cashier/waitress was so sweet and a pleasure to talk to. She even gave us a free beer sample at the end of our meal. She was the only one working the counter but service was still great! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a more affordable place to eat relatively close to Times Square.
Well I have to give this place a 5 because I met my future wife here But all seriousness the food quality is a 4. I love the tap beers they have. It is a chill restaurant with great chicken and other Korean food. Can't go wrong.
Clean, modern restaurant that offers some standard Korean dishes. The shrimp wonton soup is good. I enjoyed the German beer with grapefruit flavor. A good location on 9th Ave.
Beef Bulgogi with rice and Korean iced coffee were my favorites here. Recommended! We also ordered one of their lunch specials, Boneless Chicken Combo with fries which was so so, and did't really give Korean vibe. Great service. Good atmosphere. Clean bathroom. I would like to come back and try their wings.
I love korean crispy chicken and this spot is one of the best places to have some. They also have many varieties of food so looking forward to come back and try something else. Chicken popcorn style with sweet and sour sauce was around $13 and uk beer for $7sweet. Next time going to have pour yourself a tap beer. Definitely would recommend, stuff is attentive, place is clean and not noisy.
The best wings and drums I've ever had. Very home flavor and it hit the spot so well I will definitely be returning and recommending people to eat here
Nice tradinoal Korea fried chicken. Many choices for craft beers. Good place for spending time with friends. Noodles, rice or salads also available. Only one thing to be noticed, please show more patience. Only one waiter, very busy
This will be one of my new favorite chicken places. Great quality meat with crunchy breading and juicy inside. I really liked the garlic sauce. Seaweed salad also on point
Honest Review Ambiance: 4 out of 5 stars. Great atmosphere felt quiet and exactly where I want to be. The decor and lighting was perfect with its little crystal chandeliers and nice music. Service: 3 out of 5 stars. As I was standing outside looking at the menu one of the servers instantly came out and told us to come inside. Usually I don't enter places that push me into the door but as it was cold it we decided to give it a try. Inside we sat and got water and was greeted by a waiter who barely spoke any proper English. Asking about their beer menu I was told to try out one of their best beers. I was told their Korean beer was "the best" and to try out. So sure.. The beer came and honestly I felt like the server was just trying to get rid of it. Food: 3 out of 5 stars. Here's were it gets funny. We ordered Shrimp rolls which were really fresh and tasted great for an appetizer. For the main course I had "Chicken Teriyaki". I was expecting to get some nice cooked chicken with a nice thick sauce but what I got was plain pieces of chicken and broccoli in a light watered down soy sauce. Honestly I dont know if that's how a real chicken teriyaki is supposed to be made or what. It didn't taste bad at all but I wanted a nice thick sauce so I can mix into my rice like a traditional teriyaki so I was taken aback. Overall: 3 out of 5 stars. I would the say overall it was an OK experience and place to eat. Nothing to write home about. Nothing special. Would I go back? Maybe not.
