No communication. The salesman that came to my house was very unorganized. He tried to keep on telling me that I was getting discounts for this and that. In all actuality the price was twice as much as anyone else would have been. And I didn't even get everything added on to my wish list. Can't believe their prices can't believe they're lack of communication. I feel really bad for them if they show up and try and install Windows in November at my house.. Not going to happen.

We had them put windows in our upstairs and take out a window. We absolutely love their work!!! Very friendly!! Highly recommend them!!!

I've had mixed feelings about this company. We had a contract and my bathroom was really dated. What a mess to live through. Dust and debris all over. I had one bathroom installed in my basement and a remodel of my main floor bath. It took longer than stated and there are still some problems. Some have been fixed and others still waiting for the fixes. Still waiting on a shower door for the basement. On backorder. Can't really use it until the door gets installed. I understand I have several concerns but at the same time it's hard to get good workers. Still waiting for a grab bar for my tub, still waiting for a rounded shower curtain rod. I have some plumbing issues and although a plumber is being requested to solve some of the issues I still need to deal with it until someone comes. I flush the toilet in the basement and gurgling comes up through the shower. If someone uses too much toilet paper or does #2, I have to use a plunger. It doesn't appear to be powerful enough or the pcv is too small to get it to move to the stack. I guess time will tell if when it's all said and done if I will be satisfied. More to come at a later date.

I've used them multiple times for windows on several properties, as well as security doors. Have also used their siding and gutters and downspouts.. always been very conscientious and cleaned up well after their work. In trying times right now during covid with supply chains being broken they are doing their best to update customers and get them their products as quick as possible so I appreciate that. A positive experience and I will continue to use them as one of my contractors of choice for my Homer modeling projects.

Want to thank everyone for the wonderful service and the quality of the workmanship that we received when remodeling our home with siding. We were told that the work could be completed within a week after all of the paperwork was signed and approved. After discussing the energy savings and the added value to the house we decided K-Designers was right for us and decided to go ahead. The workers started on Friday morning and worked through the weekend to make sure they would be done by Tuesday. The installers left the yard just like or probably cleaner than when they started. I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the products that K-Designers users and especially how courteous everyone was. They treated our home like it was their own. Since the siding has been complete we have had a few of our neighbors come over and comment about how fast and efficient the contractors worked, how clean the job site always was, and how amazing the house looked with the new siding. K-Designers is a quality company and we would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Our gutter replacement experience was excellent. The materials used is top quality. The installation crew was experienced, qualified, efficient and did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. K-Desingers was an excellent Company to work with, from the sales rep to the receptionist. We had an exceptional experience with them and absolutely no problems at all. The job was started and completed as scheduled. Thank You K-Designers.
