They are very friendly and reasonable prices 7train take you there and they accept EBT
The owner a Filina was the rudeness Pinoy I have encountered in Queens NY. I wouldn't shop there even it's the last place that have the product the I need.
I’ve only come here two times but the employees here are kind every time. The store is quite small but it’s filled to the brim with Filipino snacks, candies, drinks, instant ramen, and even frozen lumpia and chorizo. Really does remind me of the sari-sari stores during my last visit to the Philippines years ago. = They carry my favorite pastillas chewy milk candy in a variety of flavors--$2.50 per bag. Between flavors of ube, ube macapuno, and buko pandan, I can never choose. I usually end up getting all three, haha. There’s a $15 minimum if you want to use card, but it’s not too unreasonable. Highly recommended for a quick stop!
I literally don't have any nice things to say about the store nor the owner. Not even a decent human being to be honest.
Super cute Filipino store. Small but they have quality items! Lots of snacks! Get all the ingredients to make Filipino dessert halo-halo. They have salted eggs. Drinks. Banana ketchup authentic Filipino ketchup!. They have canned corn beef really good. Clean. Super friendly!!!
If I could only give negative stars -*. This small, dirty store I chanced upon when I went to Queens was the worst Pinoy Store around. I wanted to buy some Pinoy food, none of the products were priced or labeled, so I had to ask. The first one as the tocino, when the woman told me the price which was way pricier than other stores I put it down. When I asked for the 2nd item, that woman asked me if I’m going to buy it. When I told her that she’s if it is reasonably priced, then I’ll get it. Her reply was, nothing will be reasonably priced for me there. I was so stunned by her reply!!! Being badly treated another Pinoy, I was so shocked. There’s no price in any of the things she sells so I obviously had to ask. I don’t want to know the price of what I’m buying. Went to Phil Am store instead, it’s bigger, cleaner, cheaper tocino and people are so much nicer.
First time here and it did not disappoint! The store is small, but they carry wide selections of filipino foods Just FYI, they have Eden cheese which is a plus!. The owner is very welcoming and nice as well and gave us a small gift. It is located right across from Red Ribbon bakery shop which is another reason to go here :D. I'll definitely shop here again the next time I visit NY
Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. They have all of the Filipino food necessities at really great prices. So much better selection and prices than the other Filipino markets I visited.
Great selection of pinoy foods and other items. Most important to mention their guard cat: Antonio - huge grumpy cat but lovable. Suplado nga lang minsan yung cat nila but it is very nice to see friendly pinoys who loves cats as well.
Glen is friendly and this store is a quaint & wonderful slice of home. Mabuhay kayo :
