This K Neal International Location is Brand New and very Proffesional. The staff here are very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this location over their other locations in MD. They almost always have any International Truck part that you are looking for or may be in need of. I highly recommend this family and the folks that run this place! Two Thumbs up!!

I have been having trouble with my cab airbags for a few months. I had my air leveler replaced and thought problem was solved. Then noticed I was having trouble fueling on driver side due to an airbag being too low. Had headache trying to find replacements at a reasonable price. Finally had airbags replaced. Still having a low cab problem and difficulty fueling. I called K and Neal to order front cab bushings because that was the only thing left to replace. I talked to April who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Upon arrival was greeted by Brett and he escorted me to meet April. After a short conversation about my difficulties she referred me to the manager who walked out to my truck and did a quick visual inspection. He checked the cab bushings and told me that they did not need to be replaced. To my amazement this gentleman adjusted my leveler and got my cab to raise up. I am completely happy with the attention, service and results from the phone call until I left the facility. This could have been another $$$$$ situation but it wasn’t. They went out of there way to help me and didn’t charge me a single penny. Did I mention that I was under a load with a tight delivery schedule in Beltsville, MD. Being that this was my first time in the DC area I can’t thank these people enough. Not too mention that the facility is beautiful and super clean. I recommend this place to anyone that drives an International. Best service I’ve experienced in 10 yrs. of driving! I wish all dealers could be this awesome!!!
They where not truthful with me about working on my HUMVEE, that they said they would try to fix and Marsha would never call me back when I called her. They also fired the technician who work on it. They had it for two months. They are not worth any stars.
Dealing with K Neal reminds me of dealing with the MVA. We used to use K Neal on our trucks, the quality of work was terrible, just terrible. It looked like a child had wired up the lights using literal wire twist connectors. We paid a huge amount of money to have an inframe done on a truck, only to have a terrible oil leak. K Neal told us the rear main seal was bad, but they didn't change a $40 part while they were in there because "it wasn't on the invoice". They then charged in excess of $1,500 to drop the trans and change the rear main seal. Thank god we found other dealers one in Annapolis specifically that is FANTASTIC to deal with. I will go out of my way to never spend one dollar here.
They Stole $500 from me off A Water Pump replacement I never Authorized. I brought it in there because I Drop a Skinny stick it the Fuel tank on 12/23/08. On 01/04/09 they claimed it was fixed, I was like it was the Stick and they said it was the Water Pump and it had to be done so we did it $1,100.... Then the mechanic seconds after I payed 02/2/09 walked me out and said "I did it in 4hrs." I snaped,and Made A Movie Scene of F You's. They gave me a $150 because the threw away me fuel. Called it a accident. The whole Repair Was A Accident. Price of it should of been $650 Also. Then guess what I went up 295 illegally And the truck broke down overlooking the shop,because the never removed the Stick. Took we 45min yo turn around,because it broke down Multiple Time. At that time I was F you Out. So they Drained it Again then pulled the Stick. It worked fine after that. They are Bad, but I seen Much Worse since then.
Terrible, the owners son himself is crooked. Cory I think his name is tried to charge me $700 for a "OIL CHANGE" and told me it was prime service have you lost your mind! He told me if I wanted my keys or my truck I had to pay that. Please re-think before ever having to come here if you have warranty your fine but if your just a customer without warranty they are going to lay the fees on you I mean every kind if the son of the owner is crooked I mean you can only imagine how untrustworthy they are. I think I'm done buying international products thanks to these "professionals" who charge $700 for a oil change I mean comon that oil must have gold in it or something. THATS JUST FLAT OUT WRONG.
The people are awesome. The Service Dept is pretty quick with calling you about a diagnosis, and so far, they have been right the first time. Parking lot is a little tight, but other than that.
Today I purchased a 2014 International Prostar tractor at K. Neal. It was such a great experience working with the sales and marketing team. It was the highlight of the day. I would highly recommend doing business with K.Neal awesome team!
