They have so much in this store, especially albums. Easily take an hour or so to look at everything. Must visit for any k-pop fan that's visiting Vegas. Parking is very limited though and it is a rather small space so once there is 10 or more people in the store, it gets quite crowded. But overall, friendly service by the owner and the employees. very welcoming.
do NOT order from this place online. so upset right now. had originally ordered 4 seventeen posters and 2 ateez posters from kpop usa. after i had made my order i tried to look up my order online and it wouldn’t let me. after about a week i had gotten a call, telling me 1/4 posters from the seventeen posters where out of stock so i had gotten to switch that with other pack of posters. after a few days i finally got my posters 6 large posters in a very small tube with a dent in it and it was so small that it took a few good tries to get the posters out. i got 2 of the same posters which wasn’t supposed to happen and almost all of the posters have scratch marks/ creasing on them. so disappointed never ordering from this place again.
My first time ordering online with them, when I placed my order at first I did not receive a confirmation email or receipt which I found a bit odd but when I emailed their customer service account the response was very quick and had it resent to me. They did also send a tracking number and notification when my package shipped, I'm not sure if this is a recent update as some older reviews mentioned not getting shipping notifications. I felt like the turn around time was a bit slower than some other shops I usually would order from but the albums were several dollars cheaper than my usual shops. The packaging was good and everything arrived safely without damage. Overall a very Fine experience.
I will not be ordering online from them again. I ordered about $170 worth of albums from them. One order was a pre order so I guess that’s my fault that I didn’t realize they would hold the whole order until the release. I ordered a full month before the release and it wasn’t even shipped until 17 days after the release. It has now been 23 days since the release and 53 since my original order and it’s still not here. They also don’t have an option for free shipping so I got to pay 16.82 for shipping that has already taken 6 daysI live less than 175 miles from Vegas. Kinda kills the excitement. The only good thing I have to say is their customer service does reply to messages quickly so I will give the store a try next time I am in Vegas.
love this store! my favorite so far. the prices are reasonable and the customer service is great! employees are so nice especially the asian boy with the beanie, he’s very healthful:! such positive vibes. i will definitely shop here more than once a week<3
Very disappointed with my experience. I bought 4 mini albums and the cost was over $150. The album released over a month ago and I still haven't received the albums. I did finally receive the posters, but not the actual albums!! I contacted them a week ago and they still haven't responded. Their website doesn't offer shipping information or anything. By now, I just want a refund. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing from this company and I will be filing a complaint with my bank.

They’re very nice, helpful, competitive pricing and always on stock of whatever you’re looking for. For me it’s the latest albums and concert DVD’s, my always go to shop for my addiction. I am never going to go to this place again. Everything is over priced. I would rather go to weverse shop. Although if you try to get some stuff and it has 30+ shipping, this place is worse. The se official army bomb there its 102 and on weverse shop including shipping is only like 73 bucks. So many things are overpriced. I bought a 26 dollar tinytan blanket and it super small. I don't recommend going to this place to buy kpop merch. This place is just robbing money off me. DO NOT GO BACK. THIS PLACE RIPPED MONEY OFF ME. I would rather go to the weverse shop instead.
Yeah....don't order from here. Maybe in person but I wouldn't know. Placed my order for 2 albums on the 23rd. Have heard absolutely nothing since the confirmation. Have tried calling every day and its always a dial tone. Finally got in contact today only to be told one of my items came in damaged so they're waiting on a new shipment a week from now. Why wouldn't you tell me that? There's 0 communication with customers. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the lady who picked up sounded nice. I cancelled that item, so we'll see if I ever get the other one. I kind of wished I just cancelled the whole order at this point. P.S The only reason I ordered from here was because I thought it was the kpop usa store here in ga. Now I know better. BEWARE OF DISHONEST AND MISLEADING BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Short review: I’ve ordered quite a bit from them online over the past year or two and the most important thing I have to say to any potential customers is that if you are looking for a quick turn around, this place is NOT for you. If you don’t mind a wait, it’s a decent place to shop from. Decent customer service, good pricing for the items and for shipping and a phenomenal catalogue. In-depth review: I would say their biggest weakness is their speed or lack thereof. Your albums will ship anywhere between a week and a month after you order them. If it’s a preorder, especially for more popular products, the minimum I think is probably about a month. My average preorder from them comes in maybe a month and a half to two months after the album release. I usually order close to or ON THE DAY the preorder becomes available on their site so I don’t really know why this would be the case. It has been quite an exercise in patience. They often seem to use the excuse that certain holidays impact their shipping speeds but I’ve dealt with these poor turnaround times year round. I should also mention, I almost always pay the few extra bucks for the Priority Mail shipping and I only live a state away. The issue is never how fast the album gets to me from them, but rather how long it takes for THEM to actually ship it. That being said, they have reasonable pricing for both their products and their shipping, and they have an extremely vast catalogue of items. In fact, I would say their extensive catalogue is probably their biggest strength. They almost always have whatever I’m looking for albums, lightsticks, merch, etc. for a truly astonishing number of groups. I genuinely wonder where they store everything and HOW they even have access to all of it. I have yet to find another store with the same number of options as this one. If you’re looking for something very specific and can’t find it anywhere else, it’s probably here. My biggest complaint with their customer service is their extremely poor communication. If something goes wrong with your order i.e. an order you placed arrives to them damaged and they’re awaiting a new shipment you practically have to chase down a response from them to know anything either by email or but calling and yes, I do in fact only try calling during their listed hours. If YOU don’t go through the effort of begging for information, they simply won’t say anything to you. You’ll be left completely in the dark waiting even longer for them to resolve whatever issues may be occurring behind the scenes. With that being said though, when you do manage to get a hold of them their customer service is good. Nothing astounding but friendly enough on the phone and through email. I haven’t had any rude or unpleasant experiences with them and they’re usually both willing and able to help you resolve any issues that may occur. I can’t say the experience has been the same for everyone I have read quite a few scathing reviews about them but at least from my interactions with them I can say that they are often pleasant to interact with. One thing I will say that is a bit of a nitpick is that if you have multiple orders placed with them, when they ship one and send you a tracking number there is no way of telling which order they sent you. The tracking info and email don’t state it and their website doesn’t update when an order is in transit or has been delivered. You just have to wait until it arrives to see. This has never happened to me with any other online merchant so I don’t know why they would have such a menial issue but I digress. Overall, not bad. Good for if you need a specific product or want to browse options at a decent price and are willing to wait. Just okay otherwise.
