Lunch2018. I chose mussels main plate and it smelled like ocean...the appetizer lavioli was delicious. They open this restaurant three times a yeah for a couple of weeks. 2019 June Lunch. The price goes up little bit but their quality got better.
Truly a five star experience. Students and instructors do put on a very nice presentation of fine food, ambiance, and excellent service. Early dinners are highly recommended as the birds eye view overlooking the east side from mauka to makai is breathtaking. Booking now is easier on yelp, so go book em' now go.
Wonderful ocean views. Lots of room between tables. Servers are all students and they are working hard and trying their best. Good menu selection. Prices are market rate, but the portions are very large. Be prepared to take food home. Desert is included. Quality, taste, and presentation of the meal is excellent.
Wonderful full service fine dining lunch or dinner by college students at excellent prices. Limited serving days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, called for reservations.
Culinary school students are learning the art of serving and conversing with patrons. Food was excellent.Food: 5/5
Excellence food and service by kcc students. We went for a Sunday graduation brunch and the food was awesome. Great salads, entrees, omelette station and carving station. I would definitely go again. Add to the great food and service a beautiful view of East Oahu, including a spectator ocean view. Again, simply awesome
A really nice intimate venue for our 2019 Father's Day brunch. Granted I had to make reservations 3 months ago but the KCC Culinary Arts students and their instructors put out a great spread, enough to compete with a regular restaurant. I got my crab legs and the prime rib was well seasoned. The fruit, salad and poke station was tasty and well stocked and prepared. The hot foods included Portuguese bean soup, grilled salmon, bacon, link and Portuguese sausages, ribs and chicken and dad's favorite, powdered eggs! Another impressive station were the Bahnmi mini sliders with braised beef and fresh veggies. The desserts looked impressive but the cake I had was too tart. But all in all, it wax a nice place to hang out this morning. The only glitch is the parking is so far from the building. Can't wait till the restaurant moves into the old Cannon Club yes, I'm old.
I'd heard about the restaurant from friends and it took me 2 years to get a reservation because they are only open for 2 2 month windows during spring and fall semesters for lunch and dinner. Reservation times become available for online booking on Open Table 30 days prior to the Restaurant start date, so I had to make a calendar reminder in November to be sure to get in this year. They were wonderful! The food was excellent, gourmet quality. They don't have alcohol or much beverage choice aside from tea and water. To my knowledge, I don't believe it is byob bc it is on school grounds, but it was not a problem for us. We'll definitely be back.
THIS IS THE TREASURE OF ALL WHAT A GEM CALL MAKE A BRUNCH OR DINNER HANDS DOWN YIU DONT LIKE IT CALL ME ILL COME AND PAY YOUR BILL
Quite the gem. My auntie and uncle took the family for a Tuesday lunch. I had the salad, chicken sate with corn samosas, and a special app, kailua pig custardextra $1. The food was all very tasty, and the service was very nice. The 2nd samosa was unnecessary, would have appreciated more asparagus instead.
