2nd visit. Wonderful service. Great vegetarian appetizers. My chicken and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Loved the meal with a salad. And sorry no pic of my chocolate mousse cake but it was devoured! They should have been busier with the quality of food they provide. Will return for a 3rd visit. Friends that I were dining with said when they worked nearby, they would come at least once a week. Really good place!
Both the food and service were amazing. We ordered the Kabob Torsh and the lamb kabob and they were fantastic. Their pita bread was very delicious as well. Will definitely come back to try other dishes!Dine in: Yes
There are many Persian restaurants in DMV and Kabob bazar is one of the best offering many authentic dishes. They have specials for each day which I highly recommend. The food portions are fair used to be bigger in the past. As it is located in a busy area in Arlington, finding parking may be a bit of challenge. Service was not very good when we visited and there is definitely a room there to improve. Their Dizi is very good which is only served over the weekend.
Wonderful experience. We recently had multiple visits when we were around in Arlington. Every time, we were seated immediately and our waitress was super professional and accomodating. He was very welcoming and caring about us and wanted us to enjoy our visits. He brought fresh Nan and the traditional cheese with radish and herbs. For the main course we had Sultani and Dizi with a side of Kashke-Badmejan. Both were absolutely delicious and the portions beyond generous. To finish we indulged in some Persian ice cream. The ice cream was tasty. Overall, for the authentic flavors, impeccable service and great ambiance, this is, for us, one of the best Persian restaurant in the DMV. We can't wait to go back again, mostly every months.
The perfect place for great food & excellent service. The gentleman that greeted us and waited on us was one of the most friendly and accommodating servers we’ve ever had. He was so kind to my toddler. We were only in town one night and wanted something different that we can’t find in our smaller town, and this certainly fit the bill! We would absolutely go back if in the area again.
A group of us tried out this restaurant in Clarendon. It was a busy Saturday evening and the restaurant was full. Service was excellent and we also enjoyed the food. Most of us tried out their various kebab dishes, the lamb chops were exceptional. I ordered Fessenjoon Chicken with walnuts and pomegranate sauce. The flavor was a bit sweet for my palate, but that's a personal preference. I did order a Tongue Sandwich/roll to go and absolutely devoured it the next day. So yummy. Parking is an issue in the area, but there are some public parking places a short walk away. Would visit again.
Customer service is excellent there, we ordered Soltani Bargs and Jojeh Soltani along with cucamber yugort. Unfortunately the barg and the kobideh didn't taste like anything, were missing all the Persian flavors and spices. Jojeh on the other hand was amazing. For desert, we ordered Faloodeh which tasted original and good. Portions were standard which is good.
Food is great and customer service is the best. Great taste of food made me feel like I was home. They treat you with respect and they make sure you are taking care of.
I loved this place! Someone who used to live in the area recommended this place to me and god it is so good! 1.What hooked me on my first visit was their friendliness. I didn’t feel l was at a restaurant, more like as a guest at their house! They brought me tea so many times without charging extra for it and it was amazing! 2.The food menu is a little different than many other Persian restaurant I’ve been to in the area. Apart from Kabobs, which are common menu items, they also have Dizi, Haleem, Kalepache and many other unique options. 3. The food here has not been americanized. So would appeal to you either if you like Persian food or are ok with common seasoning is Persian cuisine like Saffron. I loved this place and I’ll definitely come back :
Kabab Bazar I saved this place on my google account while ago, always wanted to check it out and today was the day Kabab bazar located in Arlington Virginia downtown and access is pretty easy, you can drive or take public transportation. Parking is available and you must pay Pretty warm customer welcoming from Persian owners, architecture and atmosphere was pretty good with Persian music in the background. Menu is wonderful and prices are very reasonable, I would say even cheaper than other places. Feel free contact and make your reservation if you have guest. Fresh TAFTOON baked at kabab bazar and it’s very delicious
