Oh boy was this a great surprise! So. Much. Food. The lunch plate I ordered was the Mediterranean chicken kabobs and it was amazing. The seasoning was perfect and the chicken is almost unreal how well it was done. A little pita bread and a Greek salad, I was overwhelmed with the amount of good food on my plate. The two women working were just killing it. Slamming out order after order. I was thoroughly impressed with this place. If I had to mention anything it would be that the food is good enough to have a wait staff and more formal dining.

Being middle eastern and living in garland is not as hard as some people may think. Thr American people love food like this and so do foreigners like myself. Granted I grew up learning English so I consider myself a cultural American. Best part about kabob cowboy is how they bring the east and the west together. It is a union of two cultures - a real connection you don't get anywhere else. Love it! And love the kabob! PS - ask for a bit of extra seasoning on your beef. Makes it 10 times better!!!

Very delicious food, its finger licking good. The women staff are very friendly and sweet. Me and my family loves it. The lunch Special from 11 to 3 pm is a wonderful deal. Once you eat their food, you can't stop going there again and again.

Their food is great but I really wish they would change how they do their pita with hummus. I paid an extra $.80 for an additional piece of pita bread and I got four tiny squares that were not even a full single piece of pita bread and then I have a big tub of hummus that I don’t have any bread to dip in.I don’t understand the stinginess with the bread. Work it into the price because it’s really irritating.

This has got to be my new favorite lunch spot. From the huge and tender chicken on the kabob to the excellently prepared rice. Do not worry about the longer cook time posted. You will not be disappointed!!
