2 windows didn’t roll up on my not-so-awesome whip…got em both up quick, and cheap! Even cleaned up my painters tape, temp windows ha!

Took our car here after several failed attempts inc the dealer to fix an intermittent electrical problem. Kaestner figured it out in less than 2hrs. We traveled 45mins to find them and it was definitely worth the drive. They were friendly and seemed like a really competent bunch of people. I was anticipating this problem costing me $1000s to fix and it ended up being such a minuscule charge due to them having the right tools for the job I wish I found this company earlier!

Don't do this often but I had a large starter rebuilt here for my diesel case tractor. Stopped working after a couple years brought it back to have them look at it and they claim it's full of moisture and water from not using it enough and wouldn't warranty it. Funny thing is the one that was on the tractor Pryer to owning it for 15 years lasted the first 13 years of owning it and using it for the same amount of land. So basically my point is how come moisture it getting in it if it's supposed be sealed tight? Someone doesn't know what they're doing. Unbelievable. Poor customer service never come here again use to bring all my equipment here but I think I'll go elsewhere.

Took my truck to 2 other shops and got it misdiagnosed and not repaired. It was at kaestner for 2 hours and it was repaired and has not given me any problems since.A+++ serviceService: Electrical
