I’ve always had positive experiences with Kaiser. I recently gave birth to my first child. Dr. Lanalee Sam delivered my son via c-section. I cannot rave enough about Dr. Sam! She is an AMAZING practitioner. And one of THE BEST at what she does. I had a challenging and complicated labor and delivery but Dr. Sam was reassuring, confident, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire experience. I truly believe God placed her at the right place at the right time and my family and I are forever grateful for her services! God is good!
I've had Kaiser for about a year and a half now, and it's overwhelmingly been a positive experience. Except for my first PCP, Everyone has been fantastic. From the doctor's to nurses, assistants, lab techs, pharmacy personal, it's all been wonderfully efficient and friendly. And dare I say even affordable? Highly recommend.
Facility is nice and clean. A lot of automation is there too. The doctors that I have been seeing here are nice too. But it feels like a big corporate establishment and there is no personal touch at all. You are just another number. But this is probably the way to go. Kaiser itself is tough to work with
The level of care provided by Dr. Galvin and the nursing team was excellent. Each member listened carefully, was compassionate, and sought to clearly understand and address my concern. Dr. Galvin was thorough in reviewing my symptoms and medical history, and provided clear next steps for me. I truly appreciate the quality of patient care that I received throughout this visit.
We love our pediatrician Jennifer Wagner when we DO get to see her. She is always so sweet and you can tell she loves what she does. But it is so unfortunate that when my kids are sick, it is near impossible to be seen.If they feel like it’s worthy enough, they will let you do a video visit. Which is insane to me, because you can’t check their lungs, ears or anything that is going on with them over a video. It’s not a secret that health insurance is extremely expensive and it is so discouraging to have to go to urgent care or after hours to have them seen and pay out of pocket. I really wanted to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt , but after 4 years of sickness, injuries, concerns, it is pretty evident that you won’t get appointments most of the time you need them.
Dr. Harris is a 5 star Doctor. She is knowledgeable with a sensitive and caring demeanor! Her nursing team were wonderful and I loved the person who handled all of my appointments in the lobby after my visit!! Kaiser Townpark is top notch!!
The experience at KP Town Park location has been awesome! The doctors and nurses were kind, prompt and they have good bedside manner. I was treated accordingly on all 3 of my visits since June. I really appreciate the care I was given.
I have been with Kaiser for only a few months.. I was a member many years ago. When I found myself in need of a medical facility due to retirement of my previous Doctor I thought maybe I'd give Kaiser another try. No regrets, My Primary Dr. Savier, is the best!!! She makes you feel so comfortable, Best Bedside Manners ever. Kaiser @ Townpark, THE BEST..
Been with Kaiser Permanente for about 10 years. This is one of the best locations in Georgia for us for me & my family!. Here everyone is so helpful and caring. Dr. Beatrice Shu is very knowledgeable, professional, and one of the best surgeons, I am glad that she is at Kaiser... We are very grateful to her and the entire team!!
Listen Kaiser Permanente in Kennesaw, Georgia is not like it use to be. All the good doctors are retired or have left. Even the costumer service has gone way down. If you have an emergency go somewhere else!! I’ve been sitting here in this urgent care today 7/27/22 for almost 3 hours. I came in with chest pain’s. First off , I came in and the lady who checks you in wasn’t at the check in desk. So I’m waiting there with chest pain’s. I see a nurse sitting in the other room with no patient meanwhile other people come join me in the line waiting. Finally the lady walked by us and said “ I’ll be with you shortly “ very nonchalant. Then her tone was ridiculous first thing she does is blurt out 3 hour wait… I was irritated but I had chest pain’s so I’m thinking not possible. The nurse called me in to do and quick test while sitting in a chair. Stuck the needle in my arm for an IV but I’m not hooked up lol, did my X-ray. Sent me back out to the waiting area. I’ve been here all this time sitting here with chest pains trying my best not to overreact and go crazy because I’m so scared of these chest pains. You need to go somewhere else if you have real issues this place is not it! Open enrollment is coming up on my job and I will be switching to Blue Cross. If something happens to me my family will have this post because this place is a joke! I’ll give an update later. Update: 7/27/22@1624hours I actually had a very nice doctor who came in she had an African accent. She was actually very good. But I’m still not giving them a higher score.
