My wife, adult son and I visited this coffee shop for the first time a couple days ago Saturday afternoon and had an enjoyable experience. Parking was kinda tight, the outside of the shop was simply decorated, we were welcomed upon entering, the dining room was large, clean, bright & interestingly decorated, the employees were friendly and helpful, our coffee and danish treats were delicious, reasonably priced, and had relaxing music playing. Parking: Had to park on the street.
I LOVE Kaladi and have been drinking it for years. My favourite roaster. Also just found out they treat their employees super well which is an added bonus. You won’t regret a visit to either store in Denver.
Boutique coffee just outside the beating heart of Denver. Kaladi has a storied history which starts in the early 80s and finds it's way to Denver by a circuitous route. The locally roasted beans are made by well trained Baristas and sure to please. My favorite is a doppio straight up, your milage may vary.
Great local coffee roaster. Enjoy their Ethiopian blends, some Rwanda and Kenyan we like light roast. Love their cortado, cold brew and Kaladi latte iced. Delicious! They also sometimes have good local pastry offerings.
The coffee is good. However I think that this place is overrated for two reasons. First, the menu is pretty basic, nothing but your most standard drinks. Second, they offer very little in the way of food, as most good coffee shops do. Only a few basic pastries, nothing else like breakfast burritos, etc.
i just wanted to say today was my first time at kaladi and i ordered an iced coffee with vanilla and cream and the nice lady who took my order/prepared it used the exact perfect ratio of iced coffee, cream, vanilla. sounds simple but it’s rare to find this! it was perfect thank you so much i will be coming back <333333
Busy, loud, clean and convenient. Maladies is a good location to work solo at one of many small tables. However, if you're in a large group it is a gamble as large group seating is limited. For what it lacks in space for large groups it more than makes up for in clean youthful environment, if that's your thing. A well designed barista area is pleasing to the eye and the place is kept tidy even down to the gender neutral bathroom. On a nice day you can make use of the limited outdoor seating, however Kaladi is located on a busy local street, so it may be noisy. Parking is plentiful in this area, and generally there's a spot right out front without any meters. This is a good location to put your headphones on and get some work done. Alas, I nearly forget to compliment their coffee. At quality is good and consistent for the two cups I had. While Kaladi is not a destination spot like say a We Work, it is good if you're in the hood.
Kaladi Latte with house made syrup can.not.be.beat. real deal, fresh roasted, top quality /flavor and great humansFood: 5/5
I have gone here twice now, and both the coffee and pastries are always so fresh! The staff is always very friendly and the place has this unique yet perfect coffee house atmosphere. Today, I tried the raspberry shortbread pastry to go along with my coffee and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you! I will be returning again.
Kaladi was the first coffee I ever tried over 15 years ago and I keep coming back to it. Nothing else compares for quality espresso. This time I bought a pound of beans and the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and made great recommendations.
