Kalakaua Foot Massage

I’ve been a loyal customer for 2+ years and have been here over 30 times and recommended them to friends and family. For the most part the massages have been good quality Nicky and Sisi are great, but LuLu the owner is notorious for double booking with no remorse or customer service. today was the last straw. Some customer service examples that come to mind: 1. After forgetting about my booking and being made to wait 45 minutes I was offered a scoop of ice cream. My massage was also cut short because they started late. 2. I booked two massages for a specific time and only one was available. So they started on my gf, and my massage started 30 minutes later. My 1 hour massage ended up being 35 minutes so they could take care of a random walk in that showed up. 3. I brought in a group of 4 people for massages, confirmed times twice and she only had 2 massage therapists there. 4. Today’s massage I booked for two people at 3pm. I called at 240pm to tell her I would be a few minutes late. She asked me to come at 330 to which I said no problem. After waiting for 30 minutes unattended I complained to Lulu and she was going to cut the current customers massage short to switch to us. We decided to leave.

Value for money without doubt. The foot massage is not the most best we have ever had we lived in the far east for 10 years! but for the price it was exceptional. The exterior of the build looks a bit seedy but once you are in you are warmly greeted and enter into a clean and warm massage area. The chairs are to die for and you have to make a conscious effort to stay awake. Remember, if you have not had a foot massage before, it starts from the head and goes down to your toes. Main emphasis is on the foot though. We are going back again tomorrow!

Worst massage I’ve ever had. An hour of furiously rubbing, but like- superficial rubbing no muscle massage. I don’t know how to explain how bad it was. Just don’t waste your money here, I don’t know who gave this place good reviews but they’ve clearly never had a massage before to compare. I left feeling stiffer and more stressed than when I went in. SMH I feel robbed, I just paid someone money to make me feel worse.

Great foot massage, clean quiet environment. Small discount for cash. They use a ceiling bar to walk on the back - so gooood!

Great experience got my wife and I. Clean and mellow. We both got the 60 minute foot massage. Very good and experienced. Going to go back again. It is definitely a keeper.

My friends had been here before and said they asked for foot massage, but it turned out to be a full body, front and back. Yup, we asked for foot massage and it was full body. Sign outside says $35 for 60 min. Sign inside says $45. It was $35, best deal for a massage I have ever gotten in the USA.

This is my new go to spot. Parking was alittle hard to find but that’s everywhere in Waikiki. Just the right amount of time, the right pressure, the right price, and the room was really cool and relaxing. Remember to bring cash to avoid card fees, and a tip!

Best massage ever! I've had many massages of every type imaginable and was a bit leery of a fully clothed massage. My worries were unfounded. He started out with a scalp massage as my feet soaked in warm water. He then proceeded to give me a thorough foot massage where I fought to stay awake to enjoy it but I did not succeed, it was too relaxing. After that, I turned on my stomach and he placed my feet on pillows as soft as marshmallows. The deep back massage was amazing. I had back pains for ages and left there with no pain at all. I cannot wait to go back again!

Selected the 60 dollar 30min/30min foot/body combo with a 10 dollar coupon. Confirmed with check-in lady. During the massage check-in lady tells my masseus something and she tells me she spent too much time on my feet and to do the rest it would be 80 dollars. At this point I drove all the way to town. After massage I was charged 85 so the price was switched twice. I feel like even if there was a problem with time, that wasn't my fault plus I was the only one there so it wasn't like I was holding anyone up. I won't be going back.

I love this place! 35 bucks for a foot massage that includes body work too! They don't waste time when you're soaking your feet. As your feet soak they are giving you head, arm, and shoulder massage. By the time that is done your feet would have been done soaking so they work on that. Then they have you flip over and work your back. This is now my spot!
