Had a Beautiful tattoo done by Martin. Can't say enough good things about his work.. Nice relaxing atmosphere in his.studio Time just flew by with his great conversation. Would definitely be going back .thanks to all of you .

My friend and I booked an appointment a week ago for two tattoos. I wanted to wait a day to pay my deposit, to think, and that exact next day I paid the deposit and it went through immediately. I paid the deposit on the Monday and our tattoos were due to be done on Thursday. She didn’t respond to my friends multiple texts asking for confirmation for the deposits. On the day before we were due to have the tattoo, my friend texted the company asking for the deposit money back and cancel the appointment. The woman who works there responded immediately, after ignoring our messages for 3 days, and started arguing with us, saying that she bent over backwards trying to book our appointment and started telling us about how she is a mum of 4 and her life is really busy. My friend was trying to end the conversation, but she carried on sending texts about how unfair she thinks we’re treating her. She also mentioned that she double booked us and that I paid my deposit late, even though the transaction says that it went through immediately and if she didn’t ignore the texts she would of seen that I wanted to wait a day to think, and as soon as we told her we wanted an appointment she said she’d save the date. When you asked for a tattoo and pay a deposit you were paying for their time and design. She didn’t give us a design and she didn’t book the appointment. Therefore I didn’t take up any of her time and the deposit was pointless. I rang her twice, my friend rang her twice and my dad rang her six times and texted her and we’ve heard nothing back.
