Kami Price with the Fremont location was extremely disappointing to work with as a first time home buyer. Very communicative when trying to secure my business, and then extremely uncommunicative once her commission was secured and the closing came around. Left me in a very exposed position with virtually no accountability on her end. During my initial meeting with her she said "we can lie to get you what you want" in my buyers letter. Should've taken this as the exposure of character that it was. Would not recommend. Find someone trustworthy
Steve merged his Vancouver company with Premiere Property Group. We had very like beliefs and our business models were similar as well. We both saw the opportunity to offer the continuity that brokers would be looking for in business name and structure since we're both border cities and we have many dual licensed agents. Our compensation package for dual licensed brokers and brokers in general is VERY competitive. I love how we have an open door policy in our office. No question/comment is off limits when it comes to our real estate business. If a broker is considering a move to Premiere Property Group, I would highly encourage it! Call any of our brokers that are choosing to do business with us now and ask them their thoughts on being here.
We didn’t have a good experience with this real estate agency. In summary: we followed every single recommendation the agent provided. We priced the home exactly as recommended each time, including two price drops. Our issue was poor communication, lack of follow through, and not handling the details properly—the result being lack of confidence that our agent was engaged and properly handling our listing. We didn’t work with Stephen, but with Jeremy. To be fair, they did do some things right: they did a great job of listing the site online on all of the major real estate sites, and did a great job with photos and staging. They really seemed to get online marketing and this is one of the reasons we selected them. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there when it came to communication and service. The agent was not very responsive to emails sometimes not replying for days, if at all, and didn’t respond to all of our questions. He only called us on the phone one time during the 60 days the home was listed. That in and of itself wouldn’t be a problem as I wouldn’t mind communicating via email if he had consistently answered our emails, but he didn’t. Then we had issues with the open houses. An open house was cancelled and we were not informed. He claimed the email message must have gone to spam it wasn't in my spam folder. Then for two open houses the agent arrived late, and didn’t even put out open house signs on the street. We became aware of the cooling market conditions and asked our realtor what other options we had to attract the right type of buyer. I emailed him and asked several questions about ideas that might be worth considering. He didn’t reply to my email. I texted him a few days later and asked why he didn’t reply to my email and answer my questions. He then texted me back as to why none of the suggestions would work. Then there was the matter of price. After a month of being on the market, he told us to drop the price, and we did—to the new number he said he was “confident” was the right number. Four days later he asked if we had considered dropping the price. We said “We just did drop the price…but if you think it needs to be dropped again, please look at the comps and get back to us on the new price.” He never followed up and got back to us on the new price. A week later, I texted him and asked him what the new price should be, and we lowered it again. The most irritating thing about all of this is the email I got from the agent when I let him know we were terminating the listing due to poor communication, the open houses, etc. His reply was: “I feel we did a great job marketing your home and I had thought we had a great working interaction. The most unfortunate thing about this is the market dictates the price. I firmly believe that your home would have sold by now if we could have reduced it more. I am sorry you are unhappy.” He didn’t address a single issue I had raised about communication, etc. Instead he blamed it on the price. This was pretty annoying when we had followed his exact pricing recommendations. He said it was "my perception" about the poor communication, and he had thought it was good. We were disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Selling a home is stressful, and a lot of money is involved. You need to feel like your agent has your back, cares about your listing, is honest with you and has integrity, and will do the work.
My oldest and dearest friend was relocating to Portland, along with her mother, and both were frustrated with their realtor, who didn't "get" them, didn't listen to what they wanted, and subsequently wasn't showing them properties they were interested in. I was so excited to connect them to Eric Steindler - currently with Premiere Property Group - because I knew he would listen, understand, care, and search doggedly until he found the perfect property for them. And he did. Shortly thereafter, he helped one of them find a great investment property for rental income. Before Eric became a real estate broker, I used to tell people that he was better than anyone at finding the best deal on exactly what you wanted. And he loves the process of transforming a house into a home: envisioning the possibilities, then remodeling, decorating and landscaping them into a beautiful reality. So it made perfect sense when he discovered that he had a genuine passion for the real estate business. He appreciates quality, craftsmanship, aesthetics, negotiating a good deal, and making a smart investment. When buying, he understands that the right community and neighborhood are often just as important as the right property. When selling, nobody is better equipped to showcases a property's assets and potential. Add to that his deep knowledge of Portland's market and community, and Eric Steindler is arguably the best real estate broker in Portland, Oregon!
Very supportive work environment and the training is very in-depth. I have 5 reviewing brokers on speed-dial and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an answer to my questions or a solution to a problem! Highly recommend our organization for new brokers, experienced brokers and of course customers!
My husband and I were looking to buy a house and I came across an open house hosted by Premier Realty in Milwaukie. During the event I was treated very poorly, the realtor did not acknowledge my presence and pretended I was not there. When I said they ran out of panflets outside she just looked at me and said : yeah we are out of them. She didn’t offer any information and was not interested in helping me. I was disappointed by her attitude so I tried to contact the company’s president and Vice President but they never replied to my email. Being Hispanic it can be hard to judge when someone is just bad at their job or is discriminating. She sure seemed willing and able to help every white woman that was in the room.
First time selling a house. Was in a financial situation and wasn’t aware how that would effect the payoff. Assumptions were made on the realtors part and mine but thought better guidance through the process would’ve happened to ensure I was making the right decision of selling.
This real estate agency is showing a property at 2402 N Blandena St Ptd 97217. Only problem is that there was a STOP WORK order posted by the City of Portland on the house, for multiple code violations, including over height. The developer removed the STOP WORK order himself, in order to show the house. The developer is CityCraft and you might want to look them up, as they have a history of building houses with violations, and then selling them as “in progress”. You might want to know why Premier Property Group is selling this house!
Unprofessional, calls to tell me they sold a house near me and asks if they can help me. I think if you're doing your job correctly your business should come from repeat and referrals. Not cold calling neighbors.
Tod is VERY RUDE and short with his customers!!! You are LUCKY if you can get anything done in a building that he manages! He drives a Lexus, yet the HISTORIC BUILDING that I work in is falling apart and barely has warm water that is tinged brown due to his lack of care
