I inquired about an item (new) that had been on their lot for more than a year. I asked the price, and was given the answer. I asked if it could be delivered for that price ( I live an hour away) and was laughed at by the salesman. If someone is going to laugh at me over paying the asking price and wanting delivery on old inventory, I'm not going to do business with them. I found their sales staff rude ,and will not bother calling in the future.

They have parts and can sevice any piece of farm machinery.

This is a top notch company. Very customer focused and they sincerely try to help if your in a pinch. I've had several interactions with them over our years in business and they have never disappointed. Just recently, because of a shipping problem, a part was late coming in. I really needed the part and they were able to find me a used part to get me by in the meantime. They really went above and beyond to help me out. Especially Jim in Sales and Kevin in Parts. I responded to their ad for a skid steer attachment. I drove appx 3 hours to find a grisly misrepresented POS. Then they started trying to sell me a brand new equivalent at double the cost. I call it bait and switch.

I mostly have brought my chain saws in for repairs and chain sharpening. They have always done a great job and are very personable and helpful.
