Story

I guess I'm supposed to tell everyone I know from my barber to my neighbor's dog to random strangers I meet in the street to "Like" my page. Once I get hundreds and even thousands of "Likes" that means my page is a success. In actuality all that will be happening is that the marketing department at Facebook will be gathering economic, social and web browsing demographics on everyone who "Likes" and visits my page and in turn offer this information as proof that advertisers should pay lots of money to Facebook to enjoy the benefits of "targeted online marketing". What does this have to do with my practice and dedication to being the best surgeon I can be? Absolutely nothing. So frankly I find having a Facebook page a little silly and too business orientated for my "Liking". So if you do "Like" my page, I am appreciative of that and will do my best to provide you with informative and educational content and not just treat you like another conduit for generating cyber-dollars.
