I simply want to say that Kanetake's is awesome. It isn't their expertise that makes them awesome. It is their sense of fairness and how they treat people. In this category, I have not experienced anyone who beats them. They will treat you well and be fair with you. I have called this business many times because I knew Mr. Kanetake and he always did a great job. Now after many calls and messages left they have never returned a call. How do they stay in business?

We were very pleased with Kurt, he did an excellent job, explained what he was doing and is very knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and polite, even thanking us for calling him. We would highly recommend him..

probably the coolest and kindest repair man i've ever met. they must be busy because they never answer their phone, but i left a message and they called me back. the guy came twice, once to check on the frozen sliding door, and the second time when the part he ordered came in. he took the whole bottom drawer freezer apart and put it back together again. the refrigerator/freezer we bought from sears was two years old and with a sliding drawer bottom freezer. never again. hereafter, it's doors that open and close for me! anyhow, great service and reasonable cost.
