My family has been going to Kansas City Dental Care for more than 20 years! We absolutely love the staff, dental hygienists, and doctors. Everyone is personable, patient, and flexible with our work and school schedules. Ilene gets "in there" when it comes to cleaning. I actually look forward to my 6 month cleaning so she can make me feel great and put that beautiful bright smile back on my face. I highly recommend this team that has become part of our family!

This place has gone down heal since Gary Freeland left. I went to get a check up I received the bill months later with a late fee. Prior to this bill I have never received a bill. Now they are charging me a late fee. Customer service was extremely disrespectful and hung up in my face. They also charged my niece a bill and she has never been to this clinic. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I've been coming to Kansas City Dental Center for over 15 years, and I've always had a good experience. That's saying a lot for someone who gets nervous about coming to the dentist. The office is always clean and the staff polite. All the way from Peggy in the front office to Malcolm in the back. And Dr. Freeland makes you feel comfortable at every visit. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

I was privileged to serve the Kansas City Dental Center and Dr. Freeland for over 26 years first as front desk then as office manager. In those 26 years I have met some of the most wonderful people and felt honored to serve each and everyone of you. I would not have devoted 26 years to Dr. Freeland's practice unless he was an excellent Dentist. He is always fair, caring and professional. His approach to dentistry is excellence and always aware of his due diligence . Thank you to all of our patients who entrusted your dental needs to him and the rest of the staff. The relationships with my patients that I have built over the years will definitely not be forgotten and I will miss all of your beautiful smiles!

Dr. Pleasant is very thorough and professional, as is his staff. No super-long wait times, office is clean and comfy. Definitely recommend!

So I’ve been coming to Kansas City Dental Center for two decades now, and Mae, Dental Assistant Extraordinaire, has been here for as long as I remember. She is always friendly and welcoming, excellent at her job and she delivers it all with a great sense of humor something often lost at a dentist’s office. Over the years I have moved further from the office, but I continue to go to this office based on their personnel. Did I mention they play the best music while you wait? If you’re in the area, give them a try.

The dentist himself is good. If your insurance is extremely simple these people might be okay. They have been an absolute nightmare for me, and may end up costing me a bunch of money in repeat dental work xrays within a period where insurance won't pay again at another clinic if they continue to cause trouble with my account and my records. I would recommend going elsewhere and save yourself future headaches.

I've been a KC Dental patient for almost 20 years. They are great with kids of all ages. They consistently stay on schedule. My time is just as important as their time. If it's an emergency, they will fit you in. Thanks KC Dental for taking great care of my family and me!

They are awesome. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Mae Thompson matched my crown perfectly. Dr Freeland is really good at what he do. When I say once he numbs you, you will feel nothing. Been going there for a long time and will never go anywhere else. I would give them 10 stars or more.

The staff was very helpful from the initial phone call to make an appointment to coming in for the appointment for extractions! Even then, the staff was very reassuring that if I had any concerns that I could address them. I would highly recommend Dr. Freeland to anyone. I actually have referred individuals to call and set up an appointment! My Post-Op was very painful. I knew that I could call with any concerns. Hands down, the best dental office in KC!
