Everyone in the office was very kind! Dr. Hall was more than willing to answer all of my questions! We traveled from about an hour and a half away, it was worth it to get quality care.

On February 21st, I saw Dr. Hall for a recurrence of an in-grown toe nail on my big toe. He did excellent work on removing the section that had become a problem. I actually went back to work and the next day I have very little discomfort. He also recommended Powerstep orthotics, to help the way I walk, to lessen the chance of a future problem. They were competitively priced so I bought these on site. This was the second time Kansas City Foot Specialists had helped me with a foot problem. The entire staff treated me very well. These folks know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

They require you provide a credit card number before they will see you. I didn't think this was a problem...until now. My appointment was November 27th. I got the statement from my insurance and paid on the 13th of December. Then I got a text message on January 26th saying my credit card was charged this same $233 amount. So I contacted the number in the text message and was told a couple of days later that my credit card would be credited back. I'm still waiting. They charged it without contacting me, obviously without checking if it was already paid but now taking their time to credit it back. No refund yet as of Feb 6. Credit to card received now.
