Kyle, please contact me, I am all for a class action. Anything to stop the harassment!!! I am being harassed by Kristina Johnson. And it is causing me considerable stress!!
I literally asked the supervisor Mr. Cook, "why am I being singled out by Kristina Johnson, when none of my neighbors are"? He literally responded that they don't have the funding to look across the street or down the street to and see the same thing on the other properties that they are citing me for. Basically they only have the gas money to harass me!! He also encouraged me to call in and report my neighbors so they could be harassed.
Kristina Johnson has dispatched herself out to my house at least 20 times. All of it has been dismissed. However, she keeps coming back--with new things no doubt!! If it wasn't harassment, all the things would have been contained on one report, not several different reports when she didn't get her way.
I am so tired of the City of Kansas City and their harassing tactics!!!!

A bunch of asshats that throw around the cities power. When they cannot site you directly for something they start citing you for other things. Kristina Johnson is a pivotal POS. If you're wanting to file a class action lawsuit for harassment and hostile tactics I am all in for it. I have told Brad Cook the supervisor if they cite me one more time for the eighth time for the same issue that keeps being thrown out im going to have both my feet so far up their ass they'll see my soul

I called today requesting information that I could hand out at our neighborhood block party. I was told they do not provide handouts; people are told to go to their web site.
Except on the web site it specifically says that staff will provide educational materials.
Not impressed.

The send out threatening letters. Their phone customer service is abysmal. And their website is geo-blocked. Who is in charge there?
