The Rep personally came out to drop off and confirm a box sample. I had an issue before hand with contacting them but since they have beem pretty good about getting back to me.

The people try very hard, but unfortunately their systems and processes are so out-dated that they can be very difficult when you use them as part of your production processes. They take at least a couple weeks to fulfill your order, don't take credit card payments, the accounting department has had several instances where our payments weren't accurately applied and there for the account gets frozen even though you're completely paid up. Sales rep that we use isn't very attentive. And fulfilling a special request can be way too much of a task. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of other options near by so they don't have much incentive to improve. Too bad.

Kapstone has some of the most Amazing people working there and such a great atmosphere truly a good place to work.
