Kardia Equestrian Academy

My daughter has been riding under the instruction of the Kardia teaching staff for the last four years. It has been a joy to see her confidence grow with each lesson. Watching the transition of her comfort level starting at age eight with zero horse experience to now at age 12 has been astounding. We do not personally have horses so it's an excellent option for her to get a choice of riding several different quality horses of varying breeds. She has been taught everything from horse and tack care to show ring and trail etiquette. Horses and facility are always well kept. I just can't say enough positive about our experience with all the Kardia staff and facilities. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My family loves Kardia! We always have been made to feel so welcome. Really professional training. My kids are always telling friends and family about their lessons and about the horses. Great staff too and Rhea is so great. She is so genuine and kind and just a real person. You can tell she works hard and does a great job. I definitely recommend Kardia for riding, lessons, boarding and if you want to be a part of the show world.

I am an amateur adult rider with 15+ years of riding and showing experience in the Morgan horse world. I have been riding with Rhea for the past year after moving to Oregon from Ohio. I have found Rhea to be very professional and a very good, very competent instructor in all disciplines. She is patient and positive and cares about both the kids and adults who ride with her. She strives to help make all her riders as successful as possible while still making learning an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her and Kardia.

Rhea Turner, owner of Kardia Equestrian, very generously helped us with our horse and she had never even met us. We live 1000s of miles away and she was willing to help us out when we could not travel to handle the matter ourselves. She has been nothing but kind and honest with our family. We are forever grateful to her.

Kardia is absolutely a fantastic place to ride. I have experienced great things at this farm. I highly recommend people come and ride with Kardia. The horses are loved and instructors are are sensational.
