With a growing population of active adults and seniors who are downsizing, moving to a retirement community, assisted living, or aging in place, we have realized the need for a specialized kind of realtor.

With over 30 years of real estate experience we work with individuals, families, seniors, custodians, adult children and those with a limited support system. Marilyn Karpoff, one of the founders of Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE), is a trusted professional, considered a retail, residential, and storage expert. She is proud to be a Lower East Side native.
