I had a wonderful and successful experience with KAS. I was placed within one month of applying and it was something I was eager to accept. I primarily worked with Casey, who was diligent in answering my questions and scheduling all logistics. She also had me speak with 2 other team members who were a great help as well. I'd highly recommend KAS to any sales professional looking for a new opportunity!

I recently was contacted by KAS Placement for a career opportunity. From the initial call to the final acceptance offer from the company they represented, KAS (Ken, Alison, Casey) were incredibly professional, hands on, patient, educated and knowledgeable. I wasn't necessarily seeking a new career or position, however the team made everything seamless.
Casey is outstanding with prompt follow up and quick responses to questions. Ken and Alison were terrific support assisting me along every step of the interview/presentation process. I thought that the process with kas was really structured and the entire time I felt as if the organization cared that I find a job where my skills will not only be used now but also in the future where I'll be able to contribute to a growing company that means something to me both personally and professionally. I would definitely recommend kas and the recruiters there.

Our initial engagement with KAS Placement was limited and critically time boxed. From the outset, the KAS Team was able to meet our critical immediate needs, fully transparent and professional in all stages of the process and provided clear, precise explanations in all stages leading to the onboarding of the personnel.
The results of their thoroughness, in depth vetting and screening had a direct impact on our top line, reducing overall capital investment in training, resulting in employees being “online” and having a more sustained positive impact on the fiscal success of the business and overtime increasing the employee retentions metrics.
As we grew, in terms of employees and clients we turned toward more organic growth and over time our net new clients, pipelines and sales opportutintes and contract closes trended lower. In order to achieve our aggressive growth forecasts, we returned to KAS Placement for impact players.
The re-engagement with KAS, as before, allowed us to increase the percentage green field closes and expand our footprint into brownfield clients, in part, by referring them to the KAS Team as a resource for their in-house needs directly building upon our role as a trusted advisor, even though outside of our core business.

I loved working with the recruiters at KAS. They have good relationships with their clients and I felt that the experience was more personalized than other staffing firms that I engaged for my job search. In the end, I ended up getting a marketing job that I love and was up to snuff with my compensation demands.
