The ladies who work here are super nice and helpful. They pay attention to details and remember their customers. Kate Spade products are great quality. Bold colors, clean lines, and whimsical designs. The staff can usually tell you when there next sale is or When the new collection is coming out.

Their customer service is amazing!! I ordered a purse online, and when then it was 30% off I emailed them to ask if I can get a price adjustment, and they adjusted! Seriously so happy right now : thank you so much! And the purse I bought is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect quality!

Let me start off by saying I collect handbags. I own bags from Louis Vuitton, Celine, Givenchy, Michael Kors, Coach, and of course Kate Spade. My friend and I went to this location Wednesday and when we walked in we was greeted immediately with a smile and a hello. We picked up a few bags as we looked around trying them on. I noticed we were being watched but it didn't bother us at 1st. I wanted to asked a few questions about the styles and color of the bags when I turned around the sales lady was right behind me like I can feel her breath. We Walked around the store and she followed us like a puppy. Watched us pick up bags and watched us put them down. After looking at the bags we went over to look at the rings and necklaces and the lady came right over and just stared at us. Never said a word, I don't even think she blinked. It was very annoying and made me feel so uncomfortable that I put the bag and ring I was interested in down and told my friend I want to leave. She whispered to me that she's been ready to go because she felt so uncomfortable. I love Kate Spade but I never again at this location.

The cashier here seriously have attitude problem. Or the store manager has attitude problem too. They have some kinda sadistic pleasures from making other people feel invaluable. Anyway that speaks a lot about these soul , they need more love cuz retail is awful lol.

A great place to be used by your girlfriend lol. Truthfully, the service people at this store are informative and Kate Spade started and developed a good brand. That's why I thought they deserve the rating.

The ladies in the pioneer location are soo nice I almost didn't want to leave. Great with conversation and help with selecting. Will definitely go back!

The lady working was very rude. To the point of arguing with me about the product I was inquiring about.
