I have love Kate Spade since I learned about it about 10 years ago. But the employees just make it bad.

The manager of this store has a poor attitude!! Great service in Coach, Michael Kors with nice people but here this manager changed the tone of the Black Friday shopping experience to a negative one. I could say much more but I will leave it at that.
