GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and knowledge of products. Also very helpful in finding what your looking for at other locations if they do not have what you need. They go above and beyond in customer service and every other area that makes a business a great business.

I am very put off with the attitude of the employees at this location. Short story is ; I walk in to an empty display floor and the employees mostly ignore my presence.
That doesn't bother me,  because I want a few minutes to myself to look around, but a woman walks is behind me several minutes later and is immediately greated and a sales rep. is called from her office to assist her.
VERY rude Kaufman!
Amusingly, I was able to write this entire review while standing in the center of the room without being asked if I needed any assistance.
