Kaumakapili Church Annual Luau

This is one of the oldest church in honolulu. Today it still stands. its beauty is still there .

This was a great experience! I have never before have been to a traditional Hawaiian church service where the native language was used alongside english! It was a great experience to hear the native tongue especially within a worship setting. I enjoyed the Hawaiian songs and instrumentals as well as participating in a church service that was kind, light-hearted, and informative while honoring the weight and power of the holy Spirit.

Beautiful Historic Church. Wonder architecture. Best thing are the people of the congregation & ministry staff. Welcoming & loving. Last vist was their Annual Sitdown Luau. One food. Great hula entertainment. Excellent musicians. Great time had by all. Food served by fantastic volunteers!!

our family had to experience terrible ABUSE from a past CULT CHURCH called the HONOLULU CHURCH OF CHRIST they were DISHONEST WITH OUR MONEY and are running SCAMS and Fraud on the island. we have found a sense of support from this church our family is slowly recovering from some other terrible place.

I am happy to help with what were needed to be done today. Today is another beautiful day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.

IT USE TO BE KNOWN FOR ITS BEAUTIFUL BANYAN TREE THAT GREW RIGHT NEXT TO THE CHURCH BUT THE CHURCH HAS BEEN AROUND FOR MANY YEARS IT'S AH LIL ROUGH BUT IF YOUR FROM THE AREA YOU WOULD CALL IT HOME

A place of worship and my AA home group meets here every Thursday from 730-900 pm
