Large selection of all types of jewelry at many price points. I find the staff receptive to lasting to what the customer is interested in, and making suggestions based on that input. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a bright store with displays that showcase what is offered very well. I always enjoy my skipping trips there. Check their website, as they often have sales that may not be advertised in store, though they do honor the sale prices from the website.

Everyone at this store goes above and beyond to help you. All of the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and keeps their word. This isn't even the location closest to us; we use this location when in town visiting family because this store is the best. Tori, the manager, has great customer service, along with the rest of her staff.

The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you’re looking for or help you decide what you’re looking for if you’re unsure. The managers are very professional and handle your jewelry with care when it’s being inspected or sent to the shop to be worked on. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service I have always received.

My boyfriend got me a ring and one of the diamonds fell out. He called because he was NOT informed that it was mandatory to get the ring cleaned every 6 months to keep the warranty in order to get it fixed. The service was very rude to him and the manager was very unprofessional about it. In all, we will NOT waste our money on another peice if Jewerlry from them after the way they treated him.

The management takes care of you always. They understand what you need and will do anything in their power to make sure you walk out of that door with a smile on.
