Bought a very affordable pendant last year and a couple other gifts, was very happy and my friends were too. So I returned today to browse. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Chatted with one getleman for a few minutes and learned quite a lot about watches. A+ experience.

Horrible quality and service. I got my daughter a mother’s ring for Christmas 2019 and within 3 months a stone fell out. Brought it in to be fixed and got a runaround until it was agreed that it will be replaced. It is now July 2020 and still getting a bs story and no ring. Don’t buy from this store it’s awful.

Worst customer service ever! Warranty is worthless and repairs take forever store is never open when website says it is!!!

Katie was awesome and professional. I am so excited to get my wedding band. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect one. She also helped me save money and explained the warranty info.. I am super satisfied with my experience today. I would come back here again and recommend Kay’s to everyone.
