Very RUDE, annoyed bud tender. Seemed put out that I came in to spend money and provide her paycheck. I love their flower but won’t be coming to this location again. I recommend Lakewood. They like their jobs. I have to drive an extra 20 minutes to get there and unfortunately for Kaya there are a lot of dispensaries between here and there…. Might find a better one….

Jay is a fantastic budtender! Friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10. Great flower! Looks like it was raised with love.

I work during the hours of 8 to 5 so getting there before they close is impossible, and the front smells like mold

Posted a review earlier but it got taken down … I would not erver go to this sorry excuse for a dispensary it is absolutely disgusting the lobby smells horrible and is covered in plastic … I asked why and was told because they have a problem with black mold … the products are overpriced and subpar and the whole vibe of the place is trash

Weed wasn’t terrible but the girl that worked there propositioned me and then made it super weird and now doesn’t want me to get the discounts I registered for that kind of took a while… So professional? not really.. When enough people phish your data this felt like a scam

I love this business. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and if they don't have an answer, they will find an answer for you. The employees are always friendly more than you can give credit for. Their selection of quality flower is impeccable. Their concentrate and live resin selection makes you drool. You can't go in there without walking out with a concentrate. The prices are so reasonable, same with their daily specials on both rec and med. Their edible selection is so large. They have every type of edible, from gummies to chocolates, single suckers. Definitely will always recommend this dispensery!

This dispensary is awesome! I’m a member and always raving about this spot to fellow medical card holders. Great prices and great product. The staff is super sweet and accommodating. Only giving 4 stars because of an arrogant employee I believe he’s the manager? that is hard to avoid interacting with. No other staff member has ever come across rude/jerky though! :

Latest update: 1/03/24 - apparently rec side is closed with no explanation. Think this is the final straw for me with this company. Plus I never get the medical deals like stated online, even the non member pricing. I'm paying 100 for a half ounce?! Its obvious your guys customer service no longer cares either, not even an email to contact your team. UPDATE AS OF 8/27/23: There marijuana has highly gone downhill, Midnight use to be one of my favorite Indicas, and now it tastes like straight leftover nutrient chems. You can tell it was not fully flushed, I have started to notice this with a lot of their flower recently. Sad to say I have found a different dispo and growers like Locol Love put this flower to straight shame. You guys focused too much on profit gain instead of focusing on your customers. The Medical Marijuana is still great and an awesome deal, however I feel like they cater more towards the Rec people now. Special basket on Halloween, special baskets near Christmas. Nothing of this Nature even displayed on med side. Makes us feel like your not trying for your medical patients. Managers excuse when I asked him about those buckets, "You medical customers already save a lot of money." Well that was rude. Want gummies? Wana 200mg or no go. They never have my 1000mg gummies anymore. It is sad that this state is starting to care more for recreational and us medical patients are being forgot about. Was a member for a longtime but will unfortunately be taking my business else where due to lack of product on the medical side, no drinks or anything. The vape selection was 10x bigger on rec side as well. Way to go Kaya!
