Only place i go to for my eyebrows, known the owner for years but sometimes their customer service sucks. Staff likes to take care of each other while customer waits. I believe, if you see a customer walk through the door, they should be taken cared of first and then you can continue to pamper each other/argue after the customer leaves. They are also never opened on time especially when it rains.

Love Naseem. She’s gentle and is great at waxing. Nancy is my go to for makeup and hair if I need to fancy up for an occasion. I’ve been going to kaya for years now and they never disappoint.

If it was possible to give this place zero star I would. I have been going to this place for a while only because it is close and they keep messing my eyebrows up. I have to tell them that my eyebrows are not matching. This is there job how do they not see that? They are so unprofessional. I was in the chair so I couldn't see what was going on behind me my mother told me afterward the woman went at the back of the store took her shoes off then her socks proceeds to look for a pair of slippers, sneezes in her hands and comes and work on my eye brows... SHE DID NOT EVEN WASH HER HANDS. Stay away from this place.

I did my brows there and I was amazed of the how she took her time with me making sure I get the shape that I wanted! She's the best!

I have a pending lawsuit case with them, for messing up my sisters bikini wax, they are being sued. Please stay away and don't go here, The owner does not know what she is doing.

Love this place. They take their time to ensure their customers are satisfied. I recommend everyone to have their hair made here.

This was my go to eyebrow place... but I moved..I miss them. They do a great job.
