Very unprofessional, most definitely shady. In my experience this business is not upfront with you and does not provide you with your paperwork, and this is after asking multiple times. This place of business does not stand behind their work. I was told by a professional tax preparer that if a tax preparer is refusing or not giving you what you requested they are hiding something. More than likely what they are charging you to prepare your taxes or something more complicated.

My return was submitted to the IRS electronically by this business AFTER the deadline for electronic filing, although I had my information to the preparer about 2 weeks before the deadline to file electronically. Obviously it did not go through. As I saw nothing on where's my refund, I attempted to contact the preparer to see what was going on with my tax return. I sent text messages, made phone calls, left voicemails, sent emails, and I did not get a response until several days later after my husband called several times as well. I eventually had to have another company file my return PAPER because the deadline for electronic filing had passed. I had to wait about 6 weeks for my return due to this. So it took me about 3 months total from the time I started the process of filing to actually get my refund. Also my husband has been audited and having to pay back for every year that he filed with this company for legitimate business expenses that he actually incurred. This was a frustrating experience to say the least.
